Hello, I not recommend this agency, they said "we need people long term work, and in 2 weeks I worked 5 days on 2 warehouse, finally they let me home after 12 days ( when I was registered first time with) and told me like this: because low volume in both warehouses. But this was not true. Anyway I will not recommend to anyone. Take care.

Industria is a very good agency, i have been with them for couple of years and its been great in the recent years. I was working at disney and it was great working for them! I was told I would be starting a new job which seemed really promising and I was very much looking forward to it. But something did seem off when I had to keep chasing them up for information... I asked if I definitely have the job as I have to give in my one weeks notice to my agency, they assured me yes and i gave my one weeks notice in... 1 day later I get a phone call saying its no longer happening!!! and honestly in my gut i knew something was off because of how bad the communication was with this agency. Absolutely disgusted they let me give my notice in when they knew things werent 100% ...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I am so disappointed with the service I received today. I have been in the Uk for 21yrs and was given indefinite stay. I have worked through out the years and have never had an issue getting a job. Today I was told by this company that they would not register me as my indefinite stamp was on a previous passport. I have never come across this issue before with anyone, where it being, immigration, doctors, hospitals, banks, or previous jobs. I am all for legal ways but having the stamp on previous passport does not make me illegal.

Worked for these with oak furniture land as drivers mate in aldridge they always wanted me to do standby they did pay for it ill give them that but i had to get in with the transport manager to get good work there which was ok but wage could of been more for what you do and they messed me about with p45 never got it

Saw an advert about jobs in the Leicestershire area and decided to ring up. The person I spoke to was not very helpful after finding out I only have a provisional license and trying to find out the area of where the job was available. I realise that the Data Protection Act prohibited him from disclosing the precise location but still, said person was not helpful. Towards the end of the phone call, it really sounded like he just wanted to hurry it up and finish the call. Really disappointed with Industria.

Never got back to me, told them I wanted a job immediately. Originally invited me in for an "interview" for a warehouse operative job. I then realised that they just wanted me to register and there was no job available. They sent me an email about an office job and told me the pay, I replied and asked roughly where it is, hours per week, and all relevant info etc. But never came back despite chasing them 3 or 4 times!! I registered nearly 2 weeks ago with Jamie and had nothing! Have since found a job as a trained recruitment consultant and I will be sure to treaty clients a lot better!

I work for this agency from 4 months and I have to admit that I'm really enjoyed. They were able to keep me busy even throughtout January and February. Of course the volume of work was slightly lower, but still it was enough to pay bills and even save some money.
Very friendly staff, always ready to help you out or fit your shifts to your availibility.
After 1,5 year of working for different agancies I can truly recommend THEM!

okay, its writing this review without sounding like a complete racist. I'm not. I worked for a company that supplied employees from Industria. Not the best and from 'one section of the community'. I've seen people who I know worked hard turned down in favor of staff that were not hard working and clearly weren't interested in working as a team. Unknown to them my son on a break from college signed up. Wasn't called back in even though managers were asking for him - agree with the reviews before me. Signing up people just to meet their equal opportunities quotes. Don't touch them.

Incompetent? No. Just sending out false emails for interviews to those looking for work: raising people's hopes then dashing them, just to get them on their books. When I insisted on details for the so-called interview, on the phone (quite reasonable, I thought), the response was a terse "OK; I think we'll wrap it up here". These people are of the same sort as make war-profiteers, etc. Avoid.
