Seriously shocking receptionists at Outpatient 1. Blaming clients, shouting at clients, gossiping about clients to their colleagues in full view and hearing of other clients. Shocking! So unprofessional and quite deluded about their manners. Where did they recruit these people? Surely 'customer service' skills should be part of any receptionist jobs. Try to ask to speak to someone for a complaint and you get brushed off. Disgusting!

Just moved to the area from the south. Went to register myself and my husband, we went to Maples (very rude receptionists) were stood in a queue for over ten minutes. I then went to Castlemead where they didn’t seem interested. Thirdly I went to the Centre Surgery where I found the receptionist very pleasant and helpful. We registered here and both received a check up with the nurse “Laura” who was very thorough helpful and happy. I have never known such a lovely surgery.

Almost impossible to book an appointment and if you succeed is a lottery...some doctors are really good others extremely disappointing. If you feel sick, better going straight to the hospital.

I had mini facelift with Dr Vahidi; it actually reversed the ageing effects, now my skin looks tight and more beautiful. Really Happy and Satisfied. I also recommend the service to other friends.

Why are the receptionist so rude at this practise, it is one in particular. Also when are we having full time doctors, mind you saying that some of the locums are great and some not too great.
