Reasonable wine; but, at the time of my Sunday afternoon visit, a gentleman was playing records (obviously planned) very loudly, thus prohibiting conversation inside the bar. Meanwhile, outside, the English summer weather had resulted in a very cold wind. Perhaps it will be warmer and quieter on my next visit.

Fully vegetarian and a decent amount of vegan options. Falafel burger was moist which is unusual in an age of bone-dry ones. Portions gigantic!

Not a vegan myself but my daughter is, bit unsure on arrival because there didn't seem to be much choice on the menu. Anyway, bloody lovely will definitely be back, great food, service and a really nice pub.This Is The future of food except few other pubs could achieve this quality.

This is one of the best pubs in Brighton. Great range of beers that is constantly changing. Really nice atmosphere, very nice staff and an all vegetarian menu which will apeal to a wide audience as the food is great.

One of the best Sunday roasts out there. Really different with a lot of thought put into each element. We had the roast pepper nut roast as the had run out of Wellington and we weren't disappointed! Always a good selection of beer too!

My food was so delicious! Battered haloumi with tasty salad, mushy peas, and tartar sauce. Such amazing flavours the only thing I would change is the chips be less massive and more crispy. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic vege food with vegan options for pretty much everything (chilli dog is my favourite). Massive portions - prepare to be full and wash it down with one of their tasty ales! Pub has a nice atmosphere, very chilled and you can normally get a seat. Nice garden area too!
