Visited on a Saturday morning. My car required wheel balancing. I recently had a tyre change by another garage, but I didn’t get round to having the wheels balanced or nor was I offered that service at the time of change. I just turned up, to the Leyton branch as it’s quite local to me. Upon arrival I was treated promptly and professionally, I was given a concise time of wait, which was great as they stuck to the time. I was most impressed with Glen he is extremely professional and has a great deal of knowledge. He did a thorough check of the car, and ensured everything was as it should be. He made sure there were no other underlying issues, he had asked for a second pair of eyes to ensure nothing was missed. I was very happy with the service I received and was advised any further issues or I’m not happy to come back and they will rectify. I really appreciated the transparency when I had asked other car related questions. I would most definitely re-visit again, if any further issues are to arise.

Very friendly and very welcoming, especially Saeed. All the staff were very helpful. From the moment I called they were superb. Comfortable waiting area and quick service. Highly recommend using this branch over others. From me calling them to them getting the tyre changed took an hour. I've been to other garages and it can take half a day. So I was very happy. Some of the locals in the waiting area were legendary and great company too.

5 stars to the amazing Zwe. Had my brake pads fitted by the friendly staffs at Leyton branch. I had another tyre fitting appointment booked at Walthamstow the same day. Zwe managed to help me transfer the tyres I purchased from Walthamstow to Leyton. Thank you for making my day easier.

I have to say that this was the best service I have ever received in a tyre shop and I have visited many over the years!
There was an issue with my tyres and I was unable to get a same day replacement. Glen at Leytonstone Kwikfit went over and above to get the tyres in and got them fitted on the car quickly and efficiently.
A big thanks to Glen and his team for saving me hours of hassle and allowing me to go on my first little getaway for a year! :)

As usual, Zee went the extra mile and kindly topped up our screen wash and checked the tyre pressure.

I visited quick fit leyton high road and I can definitely say is the best service ever, the staff are very friendly and Glen the manager is very welcoming. I went to bethnal Green quick fit and even though I did call bethnal Green before going they wouldn't let me in the garage even though I called them before hand as their shutters were being fixed and the guy fixing the shutters would not move his van! Bethnal green wasted my time! I then went to the Lee Bridge Road branch but they did not have the tyre size I needed so then I went leyton high road which was by far the best quick fit experience ever as they replaced the old tie with new ones in under 20 minutes!!! DEFO GOING BACK THERE IF I NEED TYRE CHANGES.

I came in thinking I had a slow puncture - the team checked it over and told me that the tyre is fine, pumped up all my tires and asked for no charge. They were also very polite and friendly. This is exceptional service - I'm a regular to kwik fit and had new tyres fitted not long ago, so am delighted with their honesty and professionalism. I will be using Leyton Kwik Fit going forward!

I was very stressed out this morning due to a flat battery. Popped in to Kwik Fit Leyton branch and the guys were fantastic. Both the guys there had my battery changed within 30 mins and checked my tyre pressure, while I sat comfortably and waited in the waiting area. One of the guy was so helpful and polite in explaining everything to me, can't thank them both enough. Will deffo come back in future to this branch. Amazing customer service, keep it up.

Took my car in with a tyre that kept losing air . The man spent a long time sealing with sealant as the rim was buckled and didn’t even charge me !! Great result as my tyre seems to be not going down ????????????????????????

This is only my opinion, I was a bit upset that some of the language being used was inappropriate. As much as it's nice to have a relaxed time and chill, there could have been a bit of a clean up. Nothing strenuous, tools and machines. Lacking a bit of professionalism. But advice was good, explanation of what was happening was good. A bit pricey, but I don't mind that when device was very good.

Thank you so much for Zee and Abdi for doing the impossible sorting a new tyre for me today. They have managed to rip off my very damaged and stuck tyre rubber off my wheel after nearly an hour of trying every tools they had. Zee was also very honest and helpful with regards to any other potential issues with my poor old car. Thanks again guys you're both legends ????

I change my battery as was wrong...previous service gave me too small battery in different branch.
The guy there realised just by the look of it.And other place they take 40 min to fit the wrong one tellin me they cheking exactly wich one i need for my car!!
Now my car starts like a formula 1!!
I highly recommend this service! They know what they do!

Also he didnt charge me because was still on warranty...wich was very nice.

Glen went the extra mile in letting me know that I had been entitled to an extension on the date for my MOT after telling him it was due. This is my local kwikfit and I love the guys the work there! Fast and efficient work on my bust tyre, reasonable prices and always happy to see you! A real local garage who remember their locals! I've been coming here for 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Never had a bad experience, or even had to wait long on any occasion!

Glen was excellent. He changed discs and pad on bwm i3. Subsequently took the car to bmw for a service 2 months later they said pads had worn 42%. Queried it with bmw they insisted it was right. Phoned Glen. He was super helpful. Took the car in to him he ordered a new set of pads just to compare with the ones i had on. He showed me there was nothing wrong with the pads on my car, they were still pretty much new. So definitely can't get better than a kwik fit fitter.....

My car recently passed its MOT at another garage but was shuddering badly on the motorway and I feared the worst. I took it to KwikFit in Leyton and Zee and his colleague put it on the ramp. It was visually inspected to look for anything untoward. No obvious issue was found and instead they located the source of the issue to one of the tyres which had degraded and was clearly not rotating evenly. A new high end tyre was put on promptly at a very reasonable price. Sure enough this fixed the issue! They even helped me with my oil replacement and pointed out areas of the car I should think about doing some work on in the near future. Impeccable service and really friendly guys!! Exactly what I was looking for and will be back next time. Well done Zee and the KwikFit team!

Brilliant service throughout. We called for our Air con to be refilled on the car. Zee answered the phone and got us immediately booked in on the same day even though it was nearly closing time. We went in and met Zee and he looked after us from start to end with extreme courtesy and excellent customer service. Thank you Zee. Your a credit to your team and Kwik Fit as a whole.
