Excellent service, having tried calling my local Bethnal Green Kwik Fit with just an out of office announcement, I tried Leyton. Answered immediately, very helpful, offered different options for me to consider and sorted my tyre in 30 mins. Well done and thanks, I'll be back.

Came in and was told i needed new coil pack and spark plugs, was charged £300+ initially, i then left and had realised i left my keys upon returning to collect my keys i was told it wont cost £300+ itll cost £200. they then did the work and my car was still misfiring, i had to come back a week later to find out why my engine light has come back on after forking out £200 only to be told once my vehicle was inspected that the coil pack that was installed wasnt even one of theres and the manager was confused as to why it was put in. so i drove a week + on 3 cyclinders instead of 4 damaging my vehicle because some amatuer mechanics dont know what there on about. i can guarantee these guys add extra work that you dont need just so they can make money. avoid this place as a few of the mechanics are total tools coming with some stupid suggestions. good thing i trust my instincts. next time im goin to a local garage. i clocked them trying to fleece me!

I got my wheel alignment / tracking checked and fixed from this Kwik Fit branch. I can't comment on how well the wheel alignment has been done since it's only been a few hours but the person who served me was courteous enough. He even gave me good unprompted advice about changing one of my front tyres since I had one summer tyre and one winter tyre. I totally didn't realise before he pointed out!
I recommend leaving your car with them, going home and coming back when they call to say the job's done. Otherwise you'll be waiting around a long time. I was told my car would be looked at and fixed within an hour-and-a-half but it took an hour longer than that at least. Lesson learnt!

The customer service standard of your staff in this branch is something to be desired, in fact they were down right rude! If this is what kwik fit upper management are happy to accept then I'll take my company business elsewhere.
In contrast I went to your branch in Leabridge Rd and the staff were different again, courteous, attentive, respectful and professional in every way.
Perhaps Leabridge branch can show Leyton branch how it's done

Went for wheel alighment, and they actually done it in 5 min where as they should of taken longer, anyways the result was they haven't fix it, in fact made it more worse, not satisfied with there service at this branch.
