Just got my tyres changed at ATS bow. Fantastic service, really friendly and knowledgeable staff.
They do take particular care when fitting the locking nuts back on, something all customers should be aware of, as a busted locking nut will mean a nightmare getting your wheels off in future . Some tyre shops bust the locking nuts by going a bit crazy with the power tool. The lads at ATS only use the power tool to tap it in, and then they use the wrench. Perfect method
They advised me that my tracking was slightly off and showed me the readings, so I got that done too!

Visit this branch of ATS nearly every summer to top up the AC of my family’s fleet of cars. I usually purchase a Groupon Voucher rather than purchase through ATS because of the massive savings. On the most recent occasion the AC wasn’t working after re-gas which took around 45mins. The staff tried to diagnose the fault then advised I visit an AC specialist. I wasn’t charged for the re-gas or their time. Staff are really helpful. The only downside is you have to wait around 2-3 weeks for an AC appointment.

Staff Members are friendly, honest, helpful and professional. Been there twice, 1st to replace tyre's and 2nd for wheel alignment and to replace my BMW track rod. They completed the job on time as they said and also good value in price for quality parts and labour.
Will 100% be going back to them.

Clean premises with toilets availability. At the moment they seem to have a limited workforce, that said I was attended to promptly and 2 new tires plus the spare was fitted in little over half an hour. As far as I can make out it is appointment only and no walk ins. So book in advance to avoid disappointment

Fast, Effective and efficient.
I have used their services on two occasions now and I plan to continue.
I spoke to Ricky over the phone to book the car in for a service, very pleasant and genuine guy. The whole team overall are excellent, Reza and Matt were very reassuring and extremely professional. Cant fault ATS bow.
Besides the excellent customer service, I am really pleased that when they offer you a time slot, you car is actually checked promptly.

Great service from these guys who repaired my tyre, and they were lovely. Quick, efficient, total gentlemen and good prices. They had it done in no time while I waited. I had to move my appointment around a bit because of a problem moving the car and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Definitely a five star service and the complete opposite of the service I experienced from their well known competitor who sent me home with a 4 inch bolt through my tyre which they had failed to discover. Unbelievable. So, use these guys, otherwise things could go wrong for you too.

Booked my aircon regas via Groupon. It now works as new. Great service all-around and great value for money. I had done it on couple on occasions at my Ford dealer before, with questionable results and twice the price.

Very helpful just went in for tyre check and replace if needed, the guy's were not typical sales people, they really helped out and diagnostic tests said sensors were fine, so all good if anything happens to take it into BMW dealership. Great advice and very friendly staff. Thanks guy's

I arrived on a very busy Saturday morning. The manager, Ricky, explained that he would have told me to book an appointment as they were so busy. All staff were busy and all bays in use. Ricky rolled up his sleeves, got a trolley jack and changed the tyre himself. Top leadership and customer service. First time here and recommend ATS Bow for a quick, efficient, polite service. Plus didn’t try and sell me the dearest tyre.

Matt was brilliant from the moment i walked in to ATS. I had few questions regarding my tyre change and my alloys and he was patient enough to answer all my queries. During my tyre change and Alignment he was constantly advising me on what best approach would be as I had few buckled alloys and he advised to place them at the rear of the car. My car drives perfectly now and my acceleration has improved drastically due to this.

Such a poor service for a reputable brand. Went for wheel alignment and it was never done correctly. The problem never went away. Went to change tyre and they said they double checked wheel alignment again but still no change.
When emailed they asked me to visit again and pay them 15% less as discount meaning they want to me spend further £50 to check and even then I doubt they would be able to fix it. This is poor. Went to my local wheel shop and their computer showed they never fixed the issue.

I had a set of Avons fitted which made my car drive like new except it only lasted a day when 3 of the 4 tyres started deflating and had to pump the tyres at least 6 times in 2 weeks before my appointment back in the garage to investigate the problem. I was greeted by Matt who was kind enough with the help of Brad to reseal the tyres as it wasn't done when the tyres were initially fitted (disappointing) and fixed the problem. Top service! Matt deserves a raise!
