Pretty decent service - have had a couple of repairs done here (new shock absorber, new exhaust) and they seem to do a good job at a reasonable price (new parts only). They don't do MOTs which is a bit frustrating.

Really helpful guys at ATS, fixed a tyre for me and checked one with a slow leak to see if they could find any issues. Recommended I think about a pair of new tyres on the front but absolutely no pressure to buy. We'll priced and excellent service.

Mustaf was so kind to me and my wife, the new driver. He quickly found out there is no problem with our tyre and he helped us re-set pressure monitor and eventually he refused to take any money for this "small" service. We are just so moved today. Thanks a lot for your kind words and wonderful service!

This branch is also a bit crafty. I used this branch maybe 3 times, because my company only use them for tyres. I got there at 9am (they open at 8:30am) and waited there 15-20 mins before I was able to talk to someone. They front was chained off so I couldn’t drive in. They said they were expecting someone at 8:30am and can’t see me until they have seen the other person. It was already 9:20am by then and they knew I was going to say something as I looked at my watch. Then the other guy came and told me to drive onto 1 out of their 8 ramps they have to be seen. It’s like you have to argue with this company to get any work done from them.

Went 9am in the morning. For 1 wheel balancing.the guy told me to book an appointment and it's 2 days waiting time. Because he had to fill up some paperwork..there was only 2 cars front of me .i was so dissapointed.so I went to kwik fit got it done in half an hour although they were quite busy.never use ats again.

Friendly, honest, professional and welcoming. I had a problem with air loss from my rear wheel. Mustapha (manager) investigated the problem thoroughly, he checked the tyres and the rim, established air loss was at the rim. Cleaned and sealed it; that resolved it. Highly recommend.

I've used this branch of ATS several times before and consider myself a valuable and loyal customer. It's with great annoyance and disappointment that I feel I have to write this review after having a terrible customer service experience with them. I turned up to enquire about 2 new tyres and not one of the four employees in the office even acknowledged that I was there. Fair enough the manager (I assume) was taking care of another customer (complaint!), but for not one of them to acknowledge me is just rude. When I had been ignored for 5 minutes I asked if one of them could spare 2 minutes to help me with the tyres. "I can't do anything today mate", said the manager. I explained that I didn't want anything today as I'm sure they would have to order in my tyres as previously, but could someone double check and take the order? "Not today mate", was the response. So, not one of the four staff apparently doing very little in the office could spare 2 minutes to take a definite order. I've never known such shoddy 'customer service' and with that decided if they don't want customers then I wouldn't darken their door step any longer and left. Needless to say I won't be using them again. If I was you I'd do likewise.

Lied to or honestly they got no technical knowledge. Just done the suspesion ball joints.stability bar.and track rod end offside.been told that my track rods are bad and they cant do tracking...?

Avoid this place. Just went there, was sat in my car taking on the phone. One of their staff came upto me and told me to leave because it's private property. Didn't want to know why I'm here. We got into an argument, he started f'ing and blinding, at which point I came out of the car and tried to walk off. Called him back and asked him, don't you want my service and he didn't say anything. Absolute discrace.

What a joke this place staffs are hovering around while customer waiting to be serve.
Avoid this place at any cost as you will not get an honest opinion from tyre technician they will replace your tyres without proper inspection I.e taken tyre off and looking for physical damage to side wall if run flat.
My complaints not over with them to be continued........
