He came out to me today to get me out of trouble as my car battery went flat due to it not been driven for a while.
He got my car started straight away and I was very surprised, he also gave me some great advice to help maintain it in the future.

My car wouldn’t start at all - Jim arrived at my home a little earlier than expected and fixed my car straight away! He explained what I should do in future and gave me some useful tips - stayed a short while to make sure all was okay, then left. Very polite and pleasant and observed the mask and social distancing requirements! All good - would recommend to anyone!

It was very stressful when my car refused to start right at the traffic light last Sunday in East London, Steve arrived and was very friendly and helpful, he was happily taking the car and us to the garage I wanted in West London. Mahdi from this company came out on an outcall job for my punctured tyre on a Sunday. He arrived very quickly after the job was raised and showed immaculate care and attention to my tyre replacement. Truly the Top Recovery Company in London. I am actually surprised I haven't left a review before, as they are AA contractors. Angel Recovery came out to me at least 6 times over the last 10 years. Driver Usman recovered my car to my home after I broke down yesterday afternoon. Very professional. I highly recommend their services.

I had a great experience with this company. I would recommend to anyone.They have an excellent customer service team and Lucian was very kind and helped us towing our car. Normally, the condition of the car was requiring a special lifting stuff due to wheel damage but Lucian was very professional and managed to lift the car on the truck and spared us like £200. Was helped by Sabir from Angel Recovery, who was super nice and attentive. Ended up PUSHING my dead-battery car out of the garage on his own! Took great care with loading the car up on the recovery vehicle and called me to let me know when he had got it safely all the way to AMW at Newport Pagnell.
Angel Recovery are totally worthy of all their good reviews, which is all down to the great staff they have. The cost of their services was very reasonable as well. Many thanks!

I waited 2 hours for Angel Recovery to arrive due to miscommunication on the part of Call Assist, was then left stranded on the side of the road 4 hours after a car crash when they refused to tow my vehicle to the garage of my choice - ten minutes away from the site of the accident. They were rude and uncompromising on the phone, didn’t care to give me a solution when they left me in the dark. I felt scared and let down by Angel Recovery.
