Our car suffered an electrical failure which the guys quickly identified, established a plan of action, all for a reasonable cost. They then kept us informed of progress and when collecting the car said that they topped up the fluid levels and checked the tyres. Great service and could not ask for more.

Driving into work this morning I got a puncture in one of my tyres. After driving to the kwikfit in Leyton, I was immediately seen to and advised on what to do. They was able to help and change my tyre within the hour with no hassle at all. Whenever coming here please ask for Glen as he has been very helpful and his team as well have a great service.

After a weekend in London we were just heading back to Yorkshire when the car started making a horrendous noise. Luckily the traffic was very slow moving – the only time I have been grateful for heavy traffic. We looked up the nearest KwikFit and limped there.
I have to give Zee, Glen and Randy 10 stars each for their service, giant smiles, calm demeanour and choice of music in the workshop (Bob Marley). We were quickly at the head of the queue, car was on the ramp and problem diagnosed. Zee gave us a great recommendation for breakfast (to keep us amused as well as fed) and within 45 minutes they had been able to replace the offending exhaust bracket that had fallen apart. I was charged an extremely reasonable sum and we were back on the road.
And the reason that I went to KwikFit? We use KwikFit in Yorkshire to look after both our cars and the brilliant service we always have there has made us very brand loyal.

Firstly I would like to thank Glen & Zee who are both friendly, professional and are always on hand to help. I’ve visited countless times mainly for nails in my tyres, I’ve never had to wait long for the tyre to be changed and I’m always offered a selection of hot drinks & sometimes a selection of pastries by Glen the manager who is very accommodating. The most recent visit being today where my on board computer was telling me the tyre pressure was low, in no time at all Zee fixed this for me and did the pressure on all my tyres so I was safe & back on the road again! Thanks again & I would highly recommend this branch of Kwik Fit!

I have been to other Kwik fit branches previously but the one on leyton high road tops them all. I always receive a quality service and leave feeling fully satisfied with my problem resolved. I came in today for a tyre problem and as soon as I stepped through the door I was seen to in a swift and prompt manner, they could have tried to take money from me by giving me a new tyre but instead they were able to rectify it by mending the tyre instead which actually saved me money. Glen and the rest of the guys always do a thorough job and I am fully confident in their abilities.

I am delighted with regards to the service I received from Zee at the Leyton 258 branch. I know this was a team effort as Zee advised me that Glen and Small were also involved.
In a very short timescale, Zee and the team replaced the alternator in my car, as it had been completely draining the battery to the point the car had pretty much died. The customer service received by Zee was exceptional, and having a young baby, the team worked hard to get this sorted for me the same day which is amazing.
This is not my local branch, as I live in South Woodford, but due to this experience, I will definitely come back.

Scammers. I originally went in to ask if they can take of a wheel as I had a puncture and couldn't remove the wheel. I was informed that they couldn't put on my spare because of the bolts were to long and was charged £310 for a new tyre. I waited over an hour for the tyre to be delivered and fitted while I had my 83 year old mother with me. The next morning the tyre they charged me £310 was flat. I had to take a taxi for my mothers hospital appointment and subsequent appointments, which has totalled over £100. I paid a mobile tyre company to remove the new flat tyre and the gentleman put on my same spare with the same bolts which this Kwik Fit said they couldn't do. I went back to demand a refund. They were rude, unprofessional and inept. They informed me that the tyre was not the problem but the wheel. Yet again this proves there ineptitude as they did not check it. I'm extremely upset and annoyed as I originally only wanted them to take off the puncture and fit my spare and this scam would not have come to light if the tyre they had fitted had not failed. They have now disposed of the tyre which was originally on the car. I will now take this up with their head office and also taking it to social media to highlight this branch dishonesty and I will report back here with head office response

Recieved a call from Ozzie regional manager. Who sincerely apologise and offered a discount on future visits. It's the first time someone has apologised and even though I have accepted the apology and the regional manager has explained reasons why they couldn't fit the spare wheel which I originally requested, I still have the feeling I was duped into buying a tyre which ultimately failed and had to put on the spare which they they stated could not be use. I thank Ozzie for his customer service and professionalism, however I doubt I will be taking up the offer of a discount in the future
