The worst experience ever. Needed to receive a transfer and the person at the till said he didn’t have any money, although he just received a big sum from a previous customer. This in addition to being rude. So western union, this was my first and last time to use the services. You like to get money in, but refuse to pay to receiver!

deserves even lower than this because the guy at the counter was the rudest person I have met....
It was pouring rain outside and I arrived 2 minutes before the shop officially open he didn’t even bother to get up and unlock the door he pointed at the time...
And when he finally decides to open the door he cuts me off in the middle of my talk and said I can’t help you...
I was mugged the night before and had no identification with me but I had images of them on my phone and even though I am aware that this is a Western Union policy at least they should hire people who are polite... he even said that he couldn’t care less what happened to me and I should just leave.
Sexist people should not be working anywhere.

Wasn’t at the counter when I came in, but only had to wait a minute or two. The rate was mediocre, $40USD for £29.40. She didn’t even give me the 40 pence. Generally I wouldn’t care but the principle of the matter makes it poor business practice.

Me cobrou uma taxa justa 1.17 euros por cada libra que comprei com euro, sendo a cotação no mercado financeiro 1.13. Não me cobrou nenhuma taxa adicional, me mostrou quanto me daria antes de fecharmos e ainda negociou, pois a taxa inicialmente era 1.19.
