I've stayed at Euston Tower for 3 months in the middle of the pandemic of 2020 and returned at the start of 2021.
I couldn't have asked for better service from Lisa Mumford or her team of Ellie and Demi and the cleaning operatives. The office was quiet, the building respected all the safety procedures and it was a great experience in the most difficult of times.
My last words go to Lisa, Ellie and Demi who are brilliant at what they do and made the whole experience go so smoothly - in a time where I've had to fight hard for my business' future due to the challenging times, the three of them have been important to my battle and I am eternally grateful to them.

I booked with Office Space at the last minute and was offered the New York meeting room. Ellie look ed after us on the day and was very helpful ensuring we had everything we needed. The room was perfect for a board meeting and had all the IT we needed to run our presentation. A Great Service.

Ok the views up here on the 33rd floor are pretty spectacular - but inside it's just an office building. What makes it magical are the Office Space people: Alana, Hannah, Millie, Lisa. They light the place up like a 1000w bulb: super helpful, cheerful, fun, smart, and always willing to find a solution to even the strangest requests!

We've used Office Space in Town (Euston Tower) now for six years having previously been with Regus. The service has been consistently
exceptional. One thing that really stands out is the tenure of their own staff, the majority of whom have been with the company since we moved in, a clear indication of a great firm to work for which truly values its workforce. Booked a last minute meeting room for our company. Alana was so helpful and efficient. Gave all the options of what was available, made things very easy, even sent photos of the room we booked. A last minute food order was placed and this wasn't a problem at all for them. Would definitely recommend and use again when visiting London.

I requested a simple meeting room (for three) at short notice. We were looking for something that was close to Euston Station, with audio visual, affordable, and comfortable - all conducive to a good meeting. The meeting took place, was a success and due in no small part to the efficiency of the OSIT team led by Alana, and the excellent quality of the facilities. We will be back - and taking this opportunity to -again - thank Alana and her team for your professional, courteous and efficient response.

The services are good. It is very easy to book a meeting room, staff are helpful and lovely.
I would suggest a screen in the London room. The room is perfect for a conference meetings but a screen would make it much better.

The reception staff are a true definition of team! The ladies are always on hand for clients needs and ensure our visitors feel welcome. No task is too big or small for them to assist. I genuinely look forward to coming into work and seeing Alana Walsh who's always so bubbly and friendly and never fails to make me smile.

This was the first time I have used OSIT and it most definitely will not be the last. Euston Tower was very convenient and in easy reach of all main stations. The meeting room facilities were a of a very high standard, equipped with everything you need and the view from the 33rd floor was just amazing. I was greeted in reception by Millie and Lisa, who were most uplifting and wonderfully courteous. It was a real pleasure to receive such wonderful customer service, which unfortunately seems to be very few and far between these days. Excellent service and very highly recommended.

I worked at Euston Tower for 3 years and the staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. They made my time there a real joy. They were always on hand to help out with anything you needed and took great care in their customer service. They also made a huge effort to create a sense of community within the work-space by hosting numerous events. Could not recommend the reception team more highly, I wish them every luck in the future.

The team at Office Space In Town Euston Tower are always delightful to speak with and will always do what they can do to accommodate when we need extra meeting rooms. I have worked at the Euston Tower centre for 5 years now and I have to say there is always such a great atmosphere in the centre, always full of friendly helpful smiles and the staff always do their bit to make me and my guests happy and looked after. I booked the New York room which was very impressive and the service was its usual 5* quality. Ensure you inform your clients to be 10 minutes early as to get upstairs they need to check in downstairs which through my clients out a little. I will be back and this will continue to be a regular London meeting base for the firm.

The offices are clean professional and convenient with stunning views of London, the staff are professional, friendly and always happy to help. It is very convenient that they offer food packages too which is always good quality and very welcome.

I have worked in numerous service offices in my time, however the warm and friendly atmosphere that emanates from the moment you step out of the lift and are greeted by the lovely OSIT ladies ; Lisa, Alana, Hannah and Amelia, is consistent throughout the working day. They always make sure their clients have a pleasant experience during their working hours, in addition to going the extra mile by organising social events and competitions to help the day pass quicker. They are the bright glue holding this ancient building together and are great ambassadors for their company.

The building is fantastic, looking over London from the 32nd and 33rd floors. OSiT Euston recently hosted a meeting of three different companies coming together and we had a few late requets regarding numbers and timings, but Hannah and her team managed this without a problem. Lunch was excellent. I've used a number of OSiT venues and all offer excellent service.
