As Lenta is predominantly a Serviced Office provider, letting our Leased space quickly is extremely important. After trying to get a number of office agents to let our surplus office space in a very difficult market, we finally stumble upon Occupa. From the beginning we could see they were more proactive than everyone else, expertly coming up with new marketing suggestions. It worked and finally our empty floor was let. They were brilliant, attentive, always available even outside normal office. I would highly recommend them.

Alex at Occupa kindly provided me with some information to give us a sense of current market rates. I found Occupa to be very quick, responsive and helpful. I was particuarly impressed because I had said that it may not result in any business for them as we may not be moving.

Occupa found us a great space after only a few tours of the area. Everything we saw was consistent with our specification so they were very efficient with our time. Once we had decided on a particular property, they never rested until we had completed on our new offices. They stayed with the deal right through the legal process and were effective advisers to the end. I had started to look for a commercial property when a close friend introduced me to Occupa. She had a great outcome so I decided to try them and it turned out to be a great decision. The property I kept was within the first bunch I viewed and for sure, it ticked all the boxes.
The advise and help with negotiations was great, as well as any other queries throughout the process until the lease was signed. All communication was almost immediate and that really helped when time sensitive matters were at stake.

Our Company has used Occupa twice now. We used them to help us find a space as we expanded our operations to London from the States. Alex did a great job finding us a space and moving everything along quickly. We then used Occupa to locate a new tenant to take over our space. They worked extremely hard and found us a new tenant in a timely fashion. We have been very happy with the services Occupa has provided us. One other thing to note, Alex is ALWAYS available. It doesn't matter if it's midnight in London, he always makes himself available. That's what I call service!

Alex has been making the whole process very efficient, from finding places, potential prospects, managing the visits, negotiating the contracts all the way to successful completion. Simply cannot fault the service provided by Occupa. They found a huge list of suitable properties for us which is all i was hoping for but also managed to get a decent rent free period in addition to a 25% reduction in rent.

Occupa, and Alex in particular provide an excellent service. We were told by a number of other agents that it would be impossible to find exactly the right size of office for us as we are such a small company. Alex took on the brief and within a day had sourced 10 - 15 offices of the right type. We made an offer on one of those offices and Alex marshaled the whole process with expertise and consideration. As we search for our new location for Guitar Tuition East London, it was important to us that we had both a location that translated our professionalism and allowed us to provide as much value to our guitar student as much as possible. We finally found a space in East Village in Stratford which was owned by a development rather than an individual landlord. Due to the complexity of having to negotiate with a board instead of a landlord, we felt unconfident moving forward.
Once I found Occupa Commercial Property Consultants, they were great at taking over the scary negotiations with the landlord's commercial property agent and also allowed the agent to take us more seriously. The negotiation was complex because of the development being new and they were very specific on their needs and requirements. Occupa really held our hand through the whole stage and they even gave advice regarding finding a fitting out company as well. Without them guiding us through this whole process, I'm not sure when we would have moved into the location. Thank you Occupa.
