We organised an evening blogger event at the Office Space in Town Waterloo and it was great. The staff were helpful and nothing was too much for them. The drinks they prepared for the event were delicious and look fabulous. I would recommend using this venue for your next event.

Love this office space!
When our company ran out of room in our last office I viewed roughly 30 office buildings before finding this our new home.
The Alice in Wonderland theme is quirky and is a real walking point for our visitors.
The office spaces are great, really good quality, the staff are all amazing, so friendly and keen to help, the monthly cost is reasonable too especially for such a good location.
Would highly recommend.

Incredible, helpful office team in a very relaxed atmosphere make this the best managed office space I have worked in. Internal bike racks and showers for people who like that sort of thing. Good transport links, and plenty of good lunch time restaurants and street food are a short walk away. I highly recommend Office Space in Town Waterloo.

We booked the office space for a 2 day meeting and many of the team were travelling were different countries. The meeting room was spacious, bright and perfect for a large group. We all ate lunch at the Boundary Coffee house next door which worked out well.
The reception staff were very friendly and helped us settle in quickly.
There are a variety of meeting spaces available to hire depending on your group size. The location is brilliant too!

The breakout space and meeting rooms are so amazing. So clean and the decoration is so cool. You can tell that its made with love. All of the staff people are so lovely and very helpful. I can defenitly recommend this place.

Very friendly, professional and genuine team that care about the well being of their clients. Every member of staff provides 150% and are focused on delivering a top quality service. Nothing is ever too much effort. The environment is such, that it feels like we all work for the same company. I gym nearby before work and would be devastated to have to use their grubby showers so having on site CLEAN showers, private cubicles and fresh fluffy towels is a great way to start my work day and the rest of the space is cleaned immaculately!! The reception staff are also very patient to deal with all my ASOS parcels, and more importantly the returns! Who needs WeWork, we have a giant Alice In Wonderland statue.

Stumbled upon this office space and it has not disappointed. Highly recommend.
The excellent staff have been able to cater for the ever changing needs of our office bookings and always go above and beyond to help and this is why we have continued to book with them.
The space itself is visually attractive and creative but also does not fall down in practicality which I have found is the case with other office spaces. I have used several of the rooms and all have been perfect for the occasion and equipped with everything possibly needed.
Location is great as Waterloo station is only 5 minutes away, making it perfect for a central spot for our employees.

Wonderful location in the heart of London. Excellent building with fantastic facilities. I run a lot and avail of the showers/towels which is incredibly useful & time-effective. The staff are fun & friendly and all the floors have exceptionally clean and functional kitchens with breakout rooms and plenty of places to sit either alone or with colleagues. There is a really great rooftop area which is awesome during the summer for taking in a view whilst having lunch. Alice theme adds a creative touch to the building and the meetings rooms are second-to-none. I couldn't recommend the place more. Top-notch!

I regularly use the meeting rooms at Office Space in town Waterloo and have lunch in the Boundary Cafe. The food is excellent. Fresh, tasty, filling and reasonably priced. I would totally recommend the halloumi and avocado wrap!

My business partner and I first moved in to Office Space in Town at Waterloo in Feb 2018 and we've been super happy ever since. Previously we rented a private office at WeWork but OSiT is way better. Boundary Row is an inspiring place to work and the staff are super professional. We have had MANY "aha" moments here and are excited to be growing our team and business with OSiT. We've been located in this building for the last three years. The location is great, near a mainline station and tube station. The building itself is great, clean and very well equipped. Plenty of meeting rooms and breakout areas for use. The Alice in Wonderland theme is fun. For me, what makes this a great place to work without doubt are the staff. They are always on hand to help, nothing is too much trouble for them and they are great fun. Highly recommend OSIT Waterloo, a pleasure to work here.

Modern office space full of character with the impressive Alice In Wonderland themed meeting rooms/ground floor. The shower rooms and indoor bike storage facilities are a great bonus for those cycling to work/going to the gym, the Boundary cafe in the building serves delicious food. Great central location, warm and approachable staff :)

The guys that operate this building are very friendly and approachable,they are always on hand to help if you should require it.
Good breakout areas and unique meeting rooms.
I would recommend any companies looking for an office to check this place out.
I will also add that the cafe attached to the building serve excellent food and drinks.

I would recommend the office spaces at 2-6 Boundary Row. There are varying sizes of rooms depending on your requirements. I liked the contemporary style of the offices, which add to the experience especially if you want to impress staff attending your meeting. The service was great. The room we hired was bright and airy, staff were extremely welcoming and happy to help at any opportunity. In our room there were a myriad of leads linked to a large screen, which helped as we turned up with an old laptop, but we were still able to connect to the screen to host a presentation. Food and drink was provided at competitive rates. I will be returning.

First time booking the beautiful Tweedle Dum & Tweedle Dee room, and I couldn't stress enough how impressed I was! The process from start to finish was absolutely effortless with great support from the team at OSIT Waterloo. We also ordered catering and the lunch was brought in very respectfully and laid out swiftly while we continued with our meeting, and we were all incredibly impressed with the quality and beautiful presentation of the food! Can't wait to host our next meeting here!

A warm and welcoming smile from the lovely team at the reception desk can warm you even on the coldest of winter days. This office is vibrant - thanks to being impeccably decorated with a brilliant Alice in Wonderland motif that would impress Lewis Carroll himself. The facilities provided are ample, and kept in great condition. Working here is far from a chore as it's located within a short walking distance of both Waterloo and Southwark stations, and also a number of handy bus routes meaning minimal fuss dealing with London's dynamic weather. The space @ Waterloo is awesome, I always get so many compliments from my clients about the Alice and Wonderland themed decor which is very unique. The office managers and receptionists are lovely and have always offered a professional and friendly level of service. The shower facilities are a life saver after my cheeky gym sesh on my lunch break, even better they provide us with towels. In the three years I have used this office space, I can't fault it! Thanks to the Office Space @ Waterloo!

We have been based here since 2014 and what a great location - the contemporary offices are located between Waterloo and Southwark stations. I cycle into work and have found the indoor bike storage and showers really useful. The Boundary cafe offer a great selection of hot and cold food which can also be ordered in for meetings. The meeting rooms are fantastic, reasonably priced and have quirky Alice in Wonderland themes. The staff here are exceptionally helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble, they work tirelessly to ensure we are catered for. There are regular socials for the clients, the building is spotless and without doubt one of the best places I've worked at. Top marks!
