The staff at Landmark are lovely, always welcoming, with a smile and go out of their way to help you. The shared lounge space is great, with a nice coffee machine and lots of different areas to plug in and work if needed. They have recently opened a sun terrace, which offers a lovely space for lunchtimes if you don't want to go far for fresh air, or small sunny meetings. The only shortcoming, as mentioned by another reviewer is the lack of meeting rooms for groups sized over 15, meaning for larger meetings we have had to go offsite.

What sets this office apart is the quality of staff - they are nice, responsive and always ready to help. The office itself has a great feel, modern furnishing and a ping pong table. I've heard that plans for the outdoor rooftop terrace are also on the way! Relatively new, they have experienced some 'teething' problems with some of the facilities but everything is running smoothly now. The only constrain (and this may be only specific to our team) is the meeting room size with max capacity at 15 individuals.

Wonderful staff and a lively, professional and welcoming environment for any business to thrive in. The common area works well to host informal meetings, while the surrounding meeting rooms provide formal, well-catered spaces for formal meetings. The ability to rent out specific office spaces also enables a comprehensive experience for any business to potentially have their own space, ad hoc meeting rooms and common area. As impossible as it sounds, the kind of office you always enter and leave with a smile from Monday to Friday. Trust me, I work here.

We moved from a Regus in St James Park and can honestly say it was the best thing we've done. The team always go above and beyond expectations. The office has a great vibe with lots of lighthearted professionals. It feels like we've moved from Division 2 into the Premiere League :)

We moved to the i2 Office Victoria with my startup in June and we absolutely loving it! The place is very well designed, has all the amenities and a very spacious common area. I particularly enjoy the pop-up meeting rooms and phone boots for the unscheduled meetings. And best of all are the people running it - very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend renting a space here.

We moved into the office space in June 2017 and since then we have been very happy with the space. The office space and meeting rooms are very well designed, always well organised and clean. Most importantly the i2 staff are always very friendly and helpful if any problems arise. I would highly recommend the office space.

Walls between offices offer no sound insulation. Which is disruptive to work particularly when your neighbours spend more time loudly reminiscing the holidays rather than actually working. Bose quietcomfort headphones should be provided as part of the lease!

I can't really give stars to this office space. I actually would like to get stars back if that would be possible. Nothing works since we moved in a year ago. You freeze inside when it is cold outside to an extent that people leave work to go home to not get sick. Vice versa when it is hot. Air con doesn't work and nobody seems to really take actions for a year now. Lifts are broken all the time. Bathrooms are out of service most of the time. And I can count the days when the coffee machine is actually working with my two hands. And I have small hands. I can't wait to leave this place by the end of the month. Just to be clear the staff onsite is amazing just landmark as a company is poorly run.

Aesthetics are ok but customer service is average and the building has a lot of issues - air conditioning and heating routinely fail, fire alarm goes off frequently, hot water system breaks and at least one or two lifts are out of service at any one time meaning long queues during peak periods. You pay a premium price for average facilities.
