Excellent office space and meeting rooms. Friendly and helpful staff who are always there to assist. I had a look at five different office space providers in London. This was the only one you can talk about an office space for companies that like to work in a secure calm and professional environment und not a noisy coffee shop or bar with a table you can use in the corner. The price is - compared to others - interesting when you want dedicated rooms. Windows are self-evident and not a luxury addon.

Conference rooms at St.Paul's office :
I have our main office at St. Paul's however on a regular basis we need a bit of extra space for meetings.
There are 6 con/meeting rooms at St.Paul's which can accommodate for 2 people about to a dozen.
The rooms are spacious, well presented, clean and the decor is modern so it always looks good to clients. The beverages are good and nothing is too much trouble for the extremely attentive staff.
I have also used rooms with Office Space in Town at Edinburgh and these are also of a very good standard.

We have been here at OSiT for over 18 months and have been looked after by the 'nothing is too much trouble' staff. The accommodation suits all our needs, along with a neat view to the outside world, along with a 4 minute walk to St Pauls and all its amenities.

Office Space in Town @St Paul's has got to be THE best office space in terms of working environment, facilities, staff and general socialising!
Offices and communal areas are spectacular, very clean, in excellent condition, very well maintained. Has several break-out areas for informal meetings as well as formal meeting rooms so they are able to cater for your requirements.
With regards to the staff @ St Paul's they are superb!!! Each member of staff from Reception to General Manager are proficient in how to treat their clients and visitors, very friendly but also very professional. Nothing was too much trouble whenever I asked for assitance, all done with a smile. They take the time to chat to you as well and check on your own personal experience whilst there. Lots of charity work with raffles, quiz nights and the Friday late afternoon snacks and drinks. What more could a company be looking for when seeking offices conducive to keeping their workers enthusiastic about going to work.
I highly recommend these offices whether you are looking for short term or long term as they are great value for money especially when you realise what they provide re: the location, facilities, office space and overall quality!

All of us at thoroughly enjoyed the Open Mic Night. Whilst we were somewhat surprised and really impressed by the quality of the performances (Heather????), the whole evening was a great mixture of fun and relaxation coupled with a great venue – you can certainly count us in for next time.
It was also a great way to meet the other occupants and the staff of OSIT.

As a long time occupier, OSIT St Pauls has been fantastic in terms of the high quality of service and great value. The location works very well, easily accessible to our Clients and also central for our staff. Combined with the access to other OSIT properties / meeting rooms and also The Deck has meant we have stayed with OSIT for over 4 years.

We @ Waterstons Ltd have been located here for over a year now. The location of this office is absolutely perfect right next to St Pauls but allows easy access to everywhere. The meeting rooms are spacious and communal areas are pleasant and comfortable and this really is a great space to meet clients. The support staff are fantastic and a special mention to Cara and Ella the front of house receptionists who are always very helpful. I would highly recommend Office Space in Town St Paul's to anyone. Well done to the wider team for such a great service.

I would like to thank Ellie Brown for so efficiently booking the meeting rooms for our company and personally seeing that the directors and other staff members are so well attended to on the day. Since booking a one off room a few months ago, we are now regular clients and are in the process of opening up an account, due to clean modern serviced offices, great service and reasonable rates.

I had a meeting with a new client at 20 Little Britain, and was immediately impressed as soon as I walked into reception. Really friendly centre staff greeted me and led me through to the business lounge. After being offered coffee I was then shown into a meeting room to see my client. The quality of the furnishings, ambience of the centre and friendliness of the staff made this a really nice place to do business. If I needed a central London office for my company, and if they had availability, I would have no hesitation relocating here but I will certainly be using their meeting room services again.

The location of this office is absolutely awesome right next to St Pauls. Our company has been located in OSiT for a little over a year and we absolutely love it. The entire staff is friendly and they’re always willing to help out. The amenities are great and provide the necessities to help me get through my work day. The conference rooms are top notch, luxurious and perfect for client meetings. As an added bonus, the office provides beer and wine on Fridays to help unwind.

We used OSIT to host an ‘away day’ for one of our Clients which comprised of a large group of 24 Senior Managers and Directors. Ellie, Heather and the team were absolutely brilliant especially when the client turned up an hour early. The team were extremely helpful, able to quickly accommodate and handle the situation. Our client very much enjoyed the offices, and service as a whole. We would highly recommend OSIT and their Services.

Working in the Recruitment field means you not only need to talk the part, but you need to look it as well. I chose to use OSIT as they are centrally located, have fantastic Meeting Rooms and the staff are always very friendly.
Having used OSIT more than a handful of times already, I would highly recommend them to any company needing a professional base. Ellie, Heather and Daisy are always on hand to help with any issues that arise and so far all our interaction have been great. Candidates and Clients are taking back by the décor and the Friday afternoon drinks are just a delight. Overall a really good service!

Great offices at a reasonable price, with amazing lounges and meeting rooms, has been my preferred choice of venue for holding executive meetings and entertaining clients, which has resulted in our clients even asking to hold off site meetings on the premises. The staff always go above and beyond to accomodate to any situation, even last minute bookings. they are friendly, competent and always on hand willing to assist. Great location, facilities and staff. We have been working in the office for over 2 years and absolutely love the location because it is only a 3-5 minute walk from St. Paul's, Barbican or Farringdon Stations. The receptionists are great and always happy to help provided you give them a charming smile! Highly recommend to move your office here or else use meeting rooms on an ad hoc basis.
