I purchased an Ergoplay guitar rest from London Guitar Studio on Thursday afternoon at around 7pm and got it on Saturday morning! I couldn't be any happier than that. I also talked to customer service on the phone and they were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend London Guitar Studio.

If your a guitar enthususas like me your like a kid visiting Disney World. When you spend a weekend visiting the great music shops in and around London. Some go way back and have a lot of interesting history and tales to tell.Alone with some really beautiful and old vintage/retro guitars to see,play and appreciate. There is some beautifully kept instruments of many years old that we are lucky enough to see,play appreciate and cherish.

The London Guitar Studio is a fantastic outlet for anyone looking to purchase fine Classical or Flamenco instruments.
I placed an order in early March and dealt with Stephanie, a very knowledgeable and friendly member of the team.
My initial choice of instrument arrived within a couple of days of placing the order, however, after spending some time with the guitar it wasn't the instrument for me, so arranged for it to be returned.
I am pleased to report all hassle free.
I decided to upgrade my purchase and again received the instrument within a short period of time (as it was still on a Luthier's work bench in Spain) all under the careful watch of Stephanie.
I would highly recommend London Guitar Studio to anyone thinking of taking the plunge and investing in a Classical/Flamenco instrument, the staff there really know their stuff and do the upmost to ensure a final purchase is the right one for you.

I bought a classical guitar here a couple of months ago, I was looking for an upgrade as I'm getting into grade 8 territory. Lady was very helpful and I can't recommend LGS enough, I have had past experiences where guitar shop staff (not here) have either been not attentive enough or just breathing down your neck. This certainly wasn't the case, she let me have time after helping to think about what I wanted without any hassle- even suggesting if I wasn't sure I could come back later. Will buy online from here in future as well. Excellent!

Amzing selction of guitars, accesseries, cases and other items!
Called up about buying a guitar case and capo for my new Camps flamenco guitar, the recomendations giving by Stefi was on the spot, Stefi is very Knoledgable on all the items sold at the store.
I will defantly be back for some strings and some other bits soon!
I cant recomend them enough! if you need a guitar this is the place to go!

After months of searching, trying different shops on Denmark st. and elsewhere in London I finally found the one and only shop you have to visit if you want to see the best of the best. The guitar selection, professionalism and the know-how of the staff is unmatched. I bought and excellent Camps Flamenco guitar that will last me for year and years of delightful playing. Brought my son here to get a good guitar to continue his studies on recommendation of his guitar teacher. This place is comfortable, relaxed and lived in. We were treated so well and guided through the selection of best model. These are proper guitar people and know their stuff with no airs or graces. Also decent prices. I thoroughly recommend the London Guitar Studio.

Beautiful shop with amazing service. I came is with a sheared tuning gear and this lovely lady replaced it right in front of me in under a minute.

Amazing place and with amazing staff! Went on a weekday morning, the lady was very friendly and helpful to start with. My friend needed a guitar for her child and I needed to change a whole sets of strings for my son's guitar as well. Was a bit concerned it will be expensive as I have no idea with the prices of guitar strings. The lady gave me a set of strings that price is decent, and the older gentleman was very kind to changed it for us free of charge. So good to know there is a place in Central London that the staff not only kind and helpful, you can really feel they are genuinely nice and from the heart!

I have not had a chance to visit the store in person yet but after learning steel string for a while and liking classical music I decided to try Classical Guitar and ordered an Alhambra 1c and tutorial etc online. I rang the store to sort out delivery times and in doing this had a nice conversation with Steph who offered some excellent advice and said that she would be happy to provide more if I came unstuck. It was good old fashioned friendly music shop personal service and not at all snooty or condescending. I am very impressed and hope to visit in person soon.

My husband has been ordering sheet music from this place for years. The service has been very good, however, recently he placed an order that was not acknowleged by email and that he never received. The money was processed by the Guitar Studio and when he contacted them by email and by phone he was given the brush off. No refund, no music received. Rubbish customer care. He will be buying elsewhere from now on.

I have bought a guitar from there plus loads of music and accessories. The fine guitar selection is extremely good and even if you cannot afford, one, worth spending time playing the selection of instruments and get a feel for what you ultimately want
The staff are very helpful as you would expect from a high end Classical Guitar shop.
I will be paying a visit next year when I get back and spend some time passing the time of day with Stephanie I hope - overall a great place to visit for any serious guitarists

I visited twice to choose a guitar. Spent 2-3 hours trying out at least half a dozen, mainly Alhambra but they have a big range, plenty of stock, including luthier-made. Romeo helped me make my final decision. They are knowledgeable and helpful, stock a very wide range of strings and music too. Excellent!

The friendliest guitar shop in London! I took my guitar here a while back to be fixed and the staff were so kind – they loosened the bridge nut for free and refused to let me buy anything from them in return. Would highly recommend if you need a central London store.

What a fantastic place. Unbiased service. I went there looking for a guitar with a specific sound. They helped me find it. I continued looking in other shops but nowhere did the service come even close. I went back as that guitar was the closest to the sound I wanted. They gave a good package deal on all my gear. Great place, great selectio of guitars, and they are always happy to help.

Amazing stuff with very good hearted people whom are passionate about what they do! Went in with a strange claim but the man pointed out a few other issues with my guitar too. He fixed them all and refused my payment claiming he didn't order any parts. Amazing service from thoughtful and wise stuff!!!! Very much recommended and they do have and good selection of professional guitars & even ukuleles available in store as well as music notes! Thank you once again :)
