We were to choose a first guitar and the member of staff gave us perfect suggestion on the options and we were happy with the choice, the beginner would own really good guitar for the price.

Decent selection of synths and stuff downstairs. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and happy to also lay off and let you think and play with stuff. There isn't much ready to play with but staff did say that they're happy to hook up equipment to test it out.

Exactly what I needed (a mic floor stand and clip) at the very last minute in the centre of London. Service was excellent and they gave me a little discount without me even asking, which meant this was almost as cheap as Amazon and I didn't have to wait. Would recommend this shop to anyone. Will definitely be back.

A proper shop where the staff know what they are talking about and are musicians themselves. Received excellent advice and got exactly what I needed. Would have given a 5 star rating but getting downstairs could be tricky for those with mobility issues.

Wanted to downgrade my code 49 to a 25 and was told that they trade in keyboards by a member of staff less than a month ago. When I came back they looked me up and down and and said they couldn't trade my code 49 in because they 'didn't have room for it' . Despite there was plenty of room on the shelves right above the geezers head.
Ended up bumping into a customer that wanted my keyboard in the shop and he purchased my keyboard elsewhere.
Y'all aren't getting my money for lying like that.

Fantastic synth shop with great selection and a 'dream team' counter crüe!
Was in total need of a KORG PlugKey for my iPad hosted Waldorf NAVE synth, I was in a bit of a deev as I was fearful of ordering online and said unit not making it in time for my show. I FB'd Wunjo Synth and they put one aside — sure enough, when I arrived it was waiting on the shelf for me! Plus the staff are hilarious and up for a laugh — very affable and fun-loving, while also serious about customer care and making one feel at home! AAA+++ long live bricks and mortar retail!
