I booked in for a lash lift without a tint, but the lady doing my lift talked me into getting the tint since it was just £5. As she was working on me, I heard the other workers talking to other customers about me very loudly out in the hallway, saying “I don’t know why you would ever get a lift without a tint, there’s like no point? Why would she do that” and it made me very uncomfortable and embarrassed since it was my first time.
There was tint and glue left all over my eyelids when i left and my lashes were only slightly lifted...not worth the £50 I had paid for them. I’ve never left a negative review before, but I went to this place because I saw all of the good reviews and I feel like I was misled. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

I wrote a review here few months ago saying that I had a good service for my nails but that I wasn't happy at all with my eyelashes and eyebrows. What did they do? Contacted me and offered me a free extension eyelashes if in change I delete my review... And now I just read that someone else had a similar thing. That's how they get all those good reviews!

I had been travelling to London for years to do my eyelashes, nails and hair.
I am now glad to have found Lashious Beauty. Maryam did a great job on my eaylashes although I lost a good part of them due to using magnetic eyelashes.
Will come back.

I visited this salon for it's high number of outstanding reviews. Although, when I visited, I noticed this level of reviews is biased and influenced by a 10% discount on services if you provide a 5 star review and show them at the till. So, the reviews do not reflect the service. I have visited twice. Once for a full set of lashes, another time for an infill. Both times, I found staff rude. There is very poor customer service here. My first set of lashes cost £90, I imagine the price would reflect quality, it didn't! They asked me what lashes I wanted, I said glamourous. They put very long lashes on, absolutely NO information was given about the implications of having these lashes. Consequently, My own eyelashes fell out. Had I have been informed by the "professional" about this risk, I would have avoided it. On the second visit, less than 2 weeks later, I was again greeted by staff with a rude attitude. Due to the heavy lashes I had many loose and causing discomfort as they were pulling at my natural lashes. Instead of removing the hanging lashes with a dissolving fluid the lady just applied clumps of lashes on top. These should be single lashes. This meaning singular lashes applied to the natural lash. They genuinely don't even bother to separate your lashes and just wack on clumps of lashes with excessive glue.
Anyhow, I don't usually write reviews but as none actually reflect the service I felt it necessary. If you go to this salon for lashes, you will most likely end up with no natural lashes left. They will not give you a warm welcome and the you'll be leaving with over-priced, poorly applied eyelashes. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. But, if anyone knows any good eyelash services in Brighton, please comment.

You are made to feel so welcome and special - its not a mani or a pedi its an experience. Jemima and her staff are amazing and know what they are doing. Please visit if you get a chance xxx

Staff were very lovely, eyebrows threaded perfectly. However, I had my top lip waxed and now have a severe staph infection all over my mouth which is due to bacteria. Very painful and not a great look.

It was good considering the social distancing etc. However I paid £44 for ombré and glitter f
gel and it’s not worth the money. I feel like this wouldn’t have been brought up face to face due to awkward silence throughout the ombré scenario. In future if a technician cannot fulfill a clients wishes.. do not advertise being able to provide this service. I regret coming here and advise you call and ask if they can successfully provide what you want. Thanks but no thanks.

This blonde lady wearing a black suit with an accent did my lashes. I think her name is Maryam? She was extremely rude to me. Not only was she condescending, the work itself was terrible. The lash glue was all over my eyes, it was a very painful process (which it's not supposed to be), the lashes are sticking out all over the place. I purchased a package, but now I don't feel comfortable going anymore. I never leave a negative review but so much of my money was wasted. All the other ladies that work there are absolutely lovely...

I came in today for eyebrow threading. This fierce man-ish blond woman did my eyebrows. She basically just remove most of my hair leaving my eyebrow weirdly shaped and not to mention almost bald. Lame excuse was that I don’t have much eyebrows to begin with. Well then why did you remove most of them? You are supposed to shape them, NOT remove as much hair as possible!!
I come here often for threading for almost two years now. I see her all the time in the shop but she never did my brows. The other girls are fantastic and i was always happy with my brows. But not this time. NEVER let this particular woman do your brows ladies. BEWARE.

What can I say about Lashious but utterly brillant! The team are warm friendly and accommodating. They offer an amazing nail service... In my opinion the best in Brighton after I road tested 8 other salons with not the best results and was having to go to London to do my nails. I could not recommend this team more highly for offering an array of amazing nail and beauty services. LVL next! X

Was so happy with my £40 eyelash extensions the first time around but the second time they looked nothing like I wanted, there was glue everywhere and they’ve painfully pulled out so many of my natural lashes with them. Now left with half of these horrible looking extensions and most of my natural lashes gone. Scared to ever come back to this place and trust them to touch my lashes again.

I have been going to her for over a year and will not change to other salon.
I think as a salon they could do with some update and refresh the deco but service I could not fault anything.
