I had acrylic gel extensions done by Anca today. Absolutely love them, she put so much time and care into my nails. Thank you so much :). It would be good if you had another staff member to answer the phone/ help walk in customers as Anca had to keep going to serve them (not her fault though). I would 100% reccomend lashious beauty and I’ll definitely be back. Great location and only £35 (no add ons)!!

Went to this store this afternoon for eyebrow threading. Been there before and had a great experience but sadly today I ended up walking out when two people who came in after me were served first despite it being obvious I was sitting there for sometime. Even a lady sitting next to me looked in surprise that I had been ignored/overlooked. Don't like leaving a negative review but felt I had no choice.

I come here every time for my treatments would never consider going anywhere else, staff are friendly and welcoming and I'm never disappointed with the quality of the treatments. However the beautician that was seeing to me this time was also seeing someone to else at the same time and when I asked for my eyebrows to be darker after she had taken the tint off I felt like I was imposing and being annoying as she was seeing to someone else. However on all of my visits before I'm always asked if I'm happy with the colour before it's taken off

WOW what an experience! We were welcomed to smiles and a really great atmosphere. All the therapists have a great attitude and went above and beyond to ensure our treatments were done to a high standard. I was visiting Brighton with a friend and we both had a fab time and know where we will be stopping first on our next visit!

Bought a block booking for eyebrow threading but tried 4 times now to go in and get them done to be told the lady doesn't do men! Its ridiculous, i'm only asking for my eyebrows threaded. If you can't do that why are you even in the beauty industry?!?

Really friendly atmosphere and extremely professional staff. Had lash extensions done which were absolutely stunning and a brow thread which has completely transformed my eye shape. Drop ins for brows are welcome and I didn't see anyone have to wait more than 5 minutes. Felt really relaxed which is great as it can be daunting going to a new salon. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Brighton, fab job girls, and thank you for the tips on what bars to go to, BYOA? All over it!!! Xxx
