I had my facial with Georgie and she was absolutely fab, will definitely book my next facial with her. Mum has her facial with Karen, and thought she was wonderful too! Mum will definitely be booking her next facial with Karen! Everyone in the hove branch was as lovely and friendly as always :)

Really good customer service, the treatment i try is actually works very good, i have my first session and i book the next one right away because my skin feels really good and they give me good advice for maintenance after the treatment. Im highly recommended .

As the other 2 times my treatment was perfect. Friendly, not to close , communication when instigated by me, music at the right level, information when asked and very very good massage exactly what I had asked for. The others in the salon are friendly and know me by name after only a few visits. its casual but with the right attention and distance for the client. The therapist are a lovely bunch of professional women with style and the right amount of costumer service attitude and not subservient. it feel just right how the reception dealt with bookings and suggestions for treatments. I had a 45 minute deep tissue massage, which was great. My back had been quite sore the week before, so it needed quite a bit of work - and some heavy pummelling! But it was exactly what I’d asked for and I felt so much better afterwards. Felt like I was about 6 inches taller! I’m planning on booking another session with Georgie in a few weeks.

First class, relaxing and totally wonderful Carita Pro-Lift facial treatment by Carla, as always. This one felt particularly special for some reason. The pressure was lovely, I like it reasonably firm and I had a lovely lift! The massage was also heavenly. I came in with a bad headache but Carla's magical hands sorted that out! Just what the doctor ordered. Thank you! X

I bought a Guinot Visage Dete online as the product was showing the original product and tube. I received the newer replacement product which I don’t like.
I have emailed Beauty Secrets several times both to the info and accounts email addresses. I have not even had the courtesy of a reply, let alone an offer to take back the product.
Extremely poor customer service.

The lady who did my nails and pedicure was really friendly and helped me with my choice of colours. I am really happy with how they both turned out :) lovely experience at the salon the staff were really helpful with sorting out my voucher. I looking forward to going back for my hyperderme facial again a reccomemdsrion from one of the beautician thank you again for the tea and mince pies.

Great Saturday morning at Beauty Secrets, Hove for a perfume making experience for four. We were introduced to Lia ( Lea?) who looked after us all very well. We finished the session with a bespoke and personalised bottle of Eau de toilette which we had made ourselves.
Great experience and very nice team. Thanks to the amazing Megan for fixing it so we could have a private session in a very busy time. Highly recommend this experience. Thanks to all the team.

With a slick and relaxing athmosphere, this small and yet modern spa, provides a variety of treatments showcased by a very friendly and highly qualified professionals.
So don't worry if you also an distinguished gentleman or young professional that needs a little bit of grooming such as manicure , pedicure for those footballers blisters or a good facial to be looking the perfert bachelor an special occasion, if you must .
