I had my lashes lifted and tinted at Milly Nail & Jin, and the service was amazing. The lash lift has changed my face, it was quick, painless, and the place was so friendly. When I had cold hands they even gave me a warm stone to hold to warm up. Cannot even rave about the quality of the lash lift procedure enough, and I would recommend them to everyone!

I started see Jin when I had knee and back pain. The acupuncture has really helped with the pain and the inflammation in my knee. The massage after the acupuncture was great it has really helped with the tightness in my shoulders and neck. I would highly recommend Jin. She is very knowledgeable.

I started to see Jin in spring 2019 as I was having extreme pain with arthritic knees. She worked on my knees and the pain went and I am still pain free in my knees. I then tried the ear acupuncture to help with weight control and this worked well as I learnt points to control the feeling of fullness. I need to revisit this now after lockdown to help loose the additional weight.
The treatment that amazed me the most was cupping. It releases inner chi and the next day I feel exhilarated. The added bonus is it shows where there are “blockages” so Jin can then use her exceptional skills to unblock them. I have had one cupping since lockdown and surprisingly very little blockage, but guess I had relaxed into not overdoing it in the 4 month break!
Jin also does an exceptional massage as she knows the key points from her acupuncture experience.
If you are in pain give it a go as I am so happy that I haven’t had to take drugs for arthritis since I started with Jin. Remember these are medical type procedures so don’t expect luxury spa surroundings but you’ll get a luxury deep massage and professional health care from Jin.

I had two acupuncture courses 12 sessions in total with Jin. I found Jin to be completely professional, extremely experienced and full of knowledge relating to my particular needs whilst at the same time remaining friendly and caring. Overall I had a wonderful experience of acupuncture and felt my general wellbeing improved and stress levels went down. The massage that I received after every acupuncture session was incredible. Jin worked out all of my tention and knots leaving me feeling in total bliss. I would definitely recommend this to anyone suffering with muscle tention, stress, sleep problems or anything else that is affecting your wellbeing.

Very chilled new place in Hove. I had a manicure and my daughter a pedicure and it was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Good prices and expertly done. Really happy with our fingers and toes and would definitely go back and recommend.

1st visit, had gel nails done by who I assume is the owner. A Korean girl. She was very attentive to detail, the finish was perfect and it lasted me 3 weeks before the usual peel at the nail bed as its got too long. Besides that, the nails were perfect, no chipping, the gel was set hard and strong, smooth and even.
2nd visit, got a different girl. Young, sweet and nice but inexperienced I assume. She ground my gel off and took too much of my own nail in the middle of my little finger. She was apologetic but what's done is done. The finish wasn't good on my nail shaping, she caught the drill on the corners a few times, the gel was bumpy, some caught on my skin and she did try to fill in more gel in the dip wher she over done the grinding to level it but ended up making it more pronounced and thick around it.
I will be returning but I'm going to the first lady again and not anyone else.
Been for the third time. 1st visit done by a technician who has left. This time done by Jin herself. She was very meticulous but OMG she took more than 2 hours to remove and repaint gel nails. No fancy additions. Just simple stuff. On top of that, I am now left with paper thin nails that are bending and breaking eve with gel polish. I have robust strong nails and they are now ruined and weak. Her gel application is very thin which I don't have a problem with, but because of the grinding to remove previous gel, my nails are thinner and having thin gel means there's no extra support. I wish I could love this place but afraid it's out me off trying somewhere new. ????????????
I've reduced 4 stars to 2 stars because of this.

I would give zero stars to this place for misleading customers, unprofessional-ism , over charging and bad communication.
I saw on groupon their offer of £22 for a half an hour massage and half an hour acupuncture and as i live nearby I popped into the shop where the receptionist said that they do the same deals as groupon in the shop. I asked her if i could use the offer to have a 40 minute massage with no acupuncture. She said that was fine and i bought a voucher for £22 for a friends birthday .When my friend went to use the voucher she was told that she had to add an extra £30 if she wanted a massage. She told them i already paid £22 for 40 minutes and it was written on the voucher. They started to talk in Chinese and my friend could not understand what were they saying but they were adamant that she had to pay an extra £30. My friend paid it so we ended up paying a total of £52 .
I have emailed them several times since for an explanation and a refund but they have not responded. I'm still waiting for a response.. but very disappointed by the way they deal with their customers.
