Dolly is absolutely fantastic at laches, I'm from Essex and had my Lashes extensions regularly when I lived there and Dolly is far better than any other beautician I've ever had. Plus she is so sweet and friendly. The salon is always immaculate and the manager is always super friendly and welcoming , prices are reasonable as well

Have had my eyebrows done here quite a few times but won’t be ever again. Found the staff extremely rude, just looked me up and down when I walked in like I was a total inconvenience, I walked in to ask what time they close and it was obviously soon as they couldn’t be arsed to answer me

The place is absolutley filthy! As you walk in you can see dirt everywhere! The floor and sides need a good scrub! Even the seats are dirty. You would think as everything is white they would take pride in their salon and keep it clean but they don't. I would not get any treatments here.

Just had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, was fairly happy with them except being a bit darker than I wanted because she did the next client while waiting for my tint to take! On the bus home I discovered a large lump of eyebrow wax in my hair! I had to google how to remove this which took ages and as I have fibromyalgia and am not flexible, having to lean over the sink trying to wash out the wax! This was very difficult for me and most uncomfortable! I will never used this salon again, after being kept waiting for shoddy, rushed service its definitely not worth it!! Advise.....find an alternative!!!

Ok brows for a quick pop in bar. Maybe put on dye too heavy as skin is noticly stained. Will be better in a few days I’m sure. Shape good.

Had my eyelashes done here and honestly really loved them! I was unaware of some the rules you had to follow in order to keep your eyelash extensions lasting, so I had lost them within a few days, I called them up and they redid it free of charge and provided some key points in keeping them lasting

I almost never write reviews but I feel inclined to write a very positive one for Maryam. I went to her in Lashious in Brighton, absolutely loving my skin! Within five minutes she knew exactly what kind of skin type I had, what the problems were, and how to fix them. I can't wait to make this more of a routine (prior to this, I've only had one facial, which was fine and all but I didn't really notice a huge difference). I don't have the smoothest skin in the world - but even after just one session with Maryam it's already noticeably smoother. I feel more confident going out without any makeup.
Maryam is also such a sweet woman. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her during the facial process and hearing her stories (and recommendations ). Space is beautiful and clean and I felt completely at ease.

I have been using this salon to do my brows for almost a year , I was always happy with their service. I usually don’t do bad rewievs, but this is gonna be my first time. I went to do my brows, shape and colour, the lady who served me was the most unhappy person I have met , you could see in her face that she hated her job , she wasn’t gentle with my face at all , I was about to explode on that moment but I kept quiet , it was a few customers inside I didn’t wanted to look completely crazy, she even did t give a single smile , anyway when she was done I really wasn’t happy with her job , she left a lot hair so after she was done I went to different place and they did great job. When we went to counter to pay she even didn’t looked at me no thank you just a grumpy face. UPDATE : After this rewiev manager did called me back , we had a nice chat and you can see that she really cares and mostly the girls who done my brows has done great job, only because of that I am giving 5 stars to this salon.

I purchased an OPI nail polish but changed my mind after 2 days. When I went in to return it I was told by the supervisor I couldn't return it for hygiene reasons to which I replied I wasn't made aware of that at time of purchase and that it was in a resealable condition as it wasn't opened or anything, this could be inspected. The supervisor then said, no store would return a nail polish -which isn't true as Sally, a brand saloon specialist refunds nail polishes providing the condition I previously mentioned- and that she had no way to know if it has been used or not! how about checking? to finalise this , it was pointed out to me their policy in small writing attached to the desk which should be a much bigger sign behind their cash desk so customers can actually read it not to mention their therapists should also mention such items aren't refundable. After a 5 minutes discussion between the manager and the supervisor, she agreed to exchange it for me only after her saying she didn't have way to know if it was used in the first place...it's clear they didn't wan't to loose any money by refunding it. Shame as I was thinking about having some treatments, not anymore.

I had eyelash extention done in Lashious. But It didn't work as well as i expected. It lasted just for 3 days. When I went to complain this, the rude staff said "there was nothing we could do for you. we did as usual." I've never seen like that. I would never go back again.
