I have been going to Epilium & Skin for laser sessions and I am very happy with their services. The best I had ever and I've been to few other places. The technician is particularly careful to cover every bits of your skin. I ended up with dolphin smooth skin and I love it!

This Clinic works unprofessionaly ,they cancel my appointment 2 days before ,I was have lots of plans so this time when I was have booking was super important for me , and I book couple weeks earlier , they also not proposed you anything else like discount or other person who can make for you treatment , they just tell you come week later , but we all know that after treatment you can't do lots of thinks at next 3-4 days ,I was have lots of plans and now they don't care

Waste of money. Hydrafacial treatment by this beauty clinic left me very disappointment in the lack of extraction and results were barely visible to start with but disappeared overnight.
The woman completing the treatment started to recommend other treatments for pigmentation before starting the hydrafacial.
I told her I wanted an extraction facial and found an article recommending the Hydrafacial machine and this particular but when I got home I had to do a lot more extractions myself - which was disappointing considering the £150 cost.
I really prefer machines to do facials but it is still clear that the person working the machine makes the facial amazing but can also make the facial just okay.

Great experience with a deep cleansing facial in April. It was a first and although a bit painful, results were immediate, my skin glowed, the blackeads were gone. I was so pleased with the results that I’ve booked a second facial this month.

I did a glycolic peel 3 weeks ago and it was the worst cosmetology experience I have ever had(((( I did a glycolic peel many times before, but now It was terrible((( I had a lot of burns on my face and neck and after 3 weeks I still have a lot of redness. ((( Nurse Dyna who did my peel was very unprofessional. Avoid this clinic and especially nurse Dyna!!!

All the girls are Epilium are always so welcoming. I always open the door to a calm atmosphere and to a big smile and i'm continually made to feel at ease.
I have been going to the clinic for over a year now and have both botox and tattoo laser removal.
Dyna does both my treatments and is always professional and attentive whilst chatting to you on a comfortable friendly level. She makes sure you are satisfied from start to finish on every appointment (which is a big plus when your having painful laser)
The clinic is clean, tidy and welcoming and i always leave completely happy. I couldn't recommend enough!!

Thank god this wonderful French company have taken over where Skin Oasis used to be. SO GOOD. I actually feel like i'm 100% in good and experienced hands. The staff as well as being professional and highly qualified are also a total laugh and really down to earth and really take the time to educate their clients with the processes. Couldn't recommend these guys enough! Stunning clinic, very clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very polite and professional, the receptionists are lovely girls and I'm very happy with my therapist Daniela she makes me feel comfortable and at ease throughout all my laser treatments. I also recently had PRP for hair growth with Dyna the nurse and I'm having great results, if anyones looking for a top of the range clinic definitely check this place out.

I have been with Skin Oasis for years and they were always very helpful. Since the management changed, we all noticed a few things
1. I understand that there are certain areas that cannot be treated. However on common areas such as leg the result was not the same. I did tell my therapist but noone ever got back to me.
2. I had a package bought with Skin Oasis expiring 31at of Dec. I was on antibiotics and I popped into the salon asking them what to do. one of the staff members said not to worry, just drop an email and they will sort it out for me and i was made sure i will have my last treatment whenever. I emailed them as I was advised so but the outcome was shocking: they refused to take my last seisson in January. I was told that i can do it then they changed their mind. very poor customer service, I am planning to contact the head office and looking for people who had the same experience.

Lovely therapist (Daniela) very professional, friendly and helpful ...unfortunately I can not say the same for the blonde lady at the reception. Not sure if she is the manager but she has a really bad attitude, extremely unfriendly and snappy. My appointment was delayed but 5/10 mins (it happens, not a big deal) I asked her if the delay would be any longer (as I had another appointment somewhere else) and she just snapped back at me. Totally unprofessional and not needed. It was my last session today and I won’t be back. I never had any problem when it was Skin Oasis and I was with them for 6 years. Such a pity the employed such unfriendly staff.

Poor customer service including the unprofessional attitude of the manager to deal with complaints
We, as family saw a lot of great results with our laser treatments when it was running by Oasis but one last session with epillium ruined my great result. We, all now have to buy another course of treatments from different company to rectify the issues we are having. My soft, light hair turned to coarse dark hair and now I have to shave every other day compare to once a month in the past
The manager is very arrogant and all staff and the manager kept critising Oasis for their procedure in treating unwanted hair but all we saw was great result

I saw Dr. Lumierre for botox injections and am beyond happy with my experience and the result. Dr. Lumierre was very patient answering all my questions and telling me what to expect. I bought a package with skin oasis about a year and a half ago for full body laser, including on my face. I'd had concerns with hair growth on my face from a previous treatment that I'd had at another clinic and was worried the hair was getting worse. I was assured that with the machines used and the treatment that my skin would get better at skin oasis. After a few sessions I hadn't seen much result but I was promised it would get better. Skin oasis then got taken over by epilium and skin. I had no knowledge of this, I had appointments booked which were just cancelled and not rebooked in and I wasn't told when the clinic would be opened again. This was so frustrating as I was put 8 weeks out of my cycle and I'm due to get married soon so I needed the treatment to be over. I found the transition really unsettling from skin oasis, they had promised me things that weren't correct and now with epilium and skin operating under different protocols my treatments wouldn't be the same. Epilium and skin listened to what had happened and put a plan in place to make sure all my treatments and needs were met. In particular Marie, Lauren and Abby. Over the last few months they've been amazing, always fitting me in for appointments I can make, giving me advice on my skin and products to use. Ensuring I email them with pictures of my hair growth to make sure each appointment was worthwhile and going to work. They weren't salesly at all, and I've always been able to trust their advice and treatment methods. Since having my laser and electrolysis with the team at epilium I've seen amazing results and my hair has nearly all gone. I'd highly recommend the team and clinic they've been amazing!!! Thank you!!
