I had a brilliant experience with a Covid Test with Coyne medical. First I had a video call with Dr Hugh Coyne. Within a hour I had the test at my house. I did the test and the courier took the test. 24 hours later I got a message to say my results were available. Thankfully they were negative. Dr Hugh also checked in with me to make sure the process went well for me. I cannot recommend this Doctors surgery enough.

I needed a Test to Release COVID test done (PCR) in order to fly to Sweden 72 hours before my flight. I ended up choosing to get my test done by Coyne Medical as they offered home test by courier to ensure a quick result. I tested myself at 14:00 on Tuesday, and received my result by Text and Email (including a certificate) at 16:30 on Wednesday. I HIGHLY recommend them if you need a test done.

Paid £210 for a 24 hour CV19 Test service in order to get a flight to Cyprus. I didn't receive my test result in time even though my appointment was 9am Monday morning with my flight Wednesday 11am. This required a lot of chasing at the surgery with no concrete updates from the surgery, in the end i was rejected from the airline to fly and had to pay an additional 60 Euros on arrival in Cyprus to get a test locally and self-isolate in the hotel. The surgery have refunded the £210, but with lack of remorse, apology or compensation. Professional on the surface but didn't deliver on their service.

Having had a medical incident on my flight to London I was required to see a physician and get a form filled in. From the first phone call to the incredibly helpful reception staff to Dr. Hugh Coyne this was a very professional and friendly experience. The doctor was very thorough and even requested a call back to make sure I was 100% which I very much appreciated. He followed up with some suggestions via email even on Christmas eve - above and beyond. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone, either traveller or Londoner. I could not recommend Coyne Medical highly enough. From my initial point of contact all staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and the clinic itself is extremely well presented and clean with a welcoming atmosphere.
The level of medical care I received was above and beyond anything I have experienced previously. With clearly expert knowledge, you really do feel in safe hands.
It is refreshing to know that such great medical service is available. 10/10 on every level.

Dr. Coyne and Dr. Hooper are compassionate and take outstanding care of our whole family- ranging needs from a 1.5 year old through parents. By getting to know our whole family, it provides us with better care. Their office is also incredibly efficient and a great staff which make the overall experience for patients superb.

I had an excellent consultation at Coyne Medical, I felt very unwell and was able to see a doctor on the same day. I even had my blood tests done at the same consultation and the results were called through to me that evening on the telephone which was very reassuring. My husband and children have repeatedly had the privilege of medical advice and treatment from both Dr Coyne and Dr Hooper. I myself had a small health scare and was reassured every step of the way by Dr Hooper. Her down to earth approach to the situation, and calm manner were exactly what was required in my moment of slight panic. The care this great team have consistently provided my family with has often been above and beyond the call of duty. I personally find that the genuine care and patience they show their patients is an invaluable and unique part of their service - we have even received calls from the team just to check in that all was well after diagnosis/appointments. My 4 year old son now only asks for Dr Lucy when he's unwell (sorry Dr Hugh!). That in itself is praise and trust indeed.

I recently saw Dr Coyne after developing a nasty rash over my face which the doctors at the Accident and Emergency Unit twice gave me creams which ddin't work. I got an appointment straight away and Dr Coyne prescribed me a cream and steroid tablets which quickly cleared up the rash. I was really impressed he took the time to phone me the same day and the next day to see how I was getting on. It was very useful to be able to email him photos to to check it was all healing. I will definitely be back next time I need a doctor. I would highly recommend the clinic.

I cannot recommend enough, my daughter aged 9 was seen at Coyne Medical and within one appointment, the medical issues she had struggled with for years at my last GP's for years (which is also a well known one in Balham that's currently on the television!) - was sorted out, the difference it has made to her and to my family is invaluable. I don't normally leave reviews but I feel so strongly about the service, help and consideration and the difference to our family life it has made. Coyne Medical is fresh, ultra stylish and modern, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave they will make going to the doctors and whole new experience. The staff are friendly and attentive as well as extremely perfessional.
The clinic is extremely efficient when it comes to scheduling your appointments and dealing with any enquiries you may have.
The doctors really do go that extra mile for you showing empathy as well as being forward thinking and keeping themselves up to date with the latest in general medicine.
I will certainly be recommending Coyne Medical to all my friends and family.
