I went here on recommendation of my GP and wasn't sure what to expect. However, the service was very efficient and I was seen by a nurse, doctor, and also had blood taken. I was seen by Desmond who was very understanding, thorough, and attentive. It made such a difference having a caring doctor after seeing so many others elsewhere. Thank you
Edited: I've been here numerous times now and unfortunately level of care felt less and less every time and my issue was unresolved. Waiting times also increasingly long, usually waiting 30 minutes to 1 hour. Unfortunate.

I patiently waited for 2 hours to be seen, got a blood test and sample test. I also waited patiently, almost 2 weeks and I did not hear a single thing about what I had, what I should do. NA-DA. I phoned them up the following day for them to tell me ''We usually send letters.''. I thought that was HILARIOUS, letters? Are you kidding? We're in 2019. If i have a serious infection, I would like to know ASAP. Not wait on the post to arrive.
It's been 1 and 1/2 months now, I've rung them up again. They said they will phone be back. Chances are slim as they have been. Would not recommend. Can't even give you a diagnosis.

Both myself and my husband had an appointment this morning 14 11 18 but you cancelled it on 13 11 18 because the registrar phoned my GP PRACTICE twice and the practice never replied.Its rather short notice and it's not our fault the GP NEVER returned your calls.Ive been told by admin that your writing to the GP and asked me to get the GP to phone you but the GP won't I'm sorry to say and the GP is waiting for your letter.Ive been to 12 DERMATOLOGISTS of which 2 were in your hospital but no skin scraping or taking a look on the body.Mr Richardson cannot have his hip replacement until he gets the all clear from you because of infection so please can you tell me where we can be seen and get a correct diagnosis instead of 12 different diagnosis.

Sending a letter confirming an appointment and then another letter cancelling the appointment is shocking. Every person working there is unaccommodating and do not know anything. Very bad service and contradict themselves on the calls when you eventually get through to them. This has been a horrible experience with them and wanted to let everyone know about how bad they are. There are also no apologies from these people because they believe they are never in the wrong. Also putting the phone down mid conversation is not just rude but extremely unprofessional. This place needs serious improvement and also train their people better.

Dispite hardly being able to get out of bed to go as I was so unwell, I’m very pleased I did.
They were extremely caring, calmed me down and as I was so Ill they put me in a private room to lie down away from everyone. Massive thank you to all the nurses, doctors and staff

This time last year I was diagnosed with cerebral malaria and they rushed me into hospital for treatment. Thanks to your wonderful staff I'm still here! It's heartbreaking to think how this odious government is driving the NHS into the ground ☹️

By far the best NHS service provider there is. Although they are busy, you feel valued and they are thorough in their testing and listening to your concerns. I just wish GP services could operate like this hospital
