Pretty consistent with the rest of the reviews - have picked up equipment here when needed at short notice but the staff is not very helpful and the downstairs (camping + hiking) seems to be constantly under staffed. Usually have to abandon and walk upstairs to pay.

I've visited this shop a few times and found that the customer service is non-existent. Staff are having loud conversations with each other when they should be serving customers. Shop was very untidy with stock all over the place. Range and quality of products is hit and miss, lower price than competitors is the only perk
