Service was so bad today it was like a bad sitcom. Guy in front couldn’t speak a word of English trying to put his life’s details into their system and couldn’t get even the letters and number right. Then I asked if other till was working and the staff said different things. One said it’s not on, another said it’s not working. I call bull**** as they are too lazy to open another till while I and several customers wait for fifteen minutes! Epically bad service but actually it’s quite normal from this company. How this company survives is beyond me.

The young blonde girl in there wasn’t at all helpful and had her mask on but down under her chin which she didn’t love when she came over to speak to me.
The manager was a lot more helpful and COVID conscious! You need to give this girl some lessons I think.

The actual store staff are very nice and polite.
The problem of this company is the online customer service, very disappointing. They don’t understand the importance of keeping customers happy and not making them feel like they have been scammed. I will never shop here ever again... bye ????????

Entrata con l'obbiettivo di acquistare scarpe da hiking ed attrezzature varie. Indecisa sui prodotti ho iniziato a leggere le caratteristiche. Non è passato molto che il ragazzo che si trovava al bancone è venuto subito ad aiutarmi. Quindi il personale è stato super gentile ed utile. Alla fine ho acquistato tutt'altro. Grazie.
