Outstanding in every respect. Mr. Tsepov is absolutely amazing. 10 stars ********** Time from first appointment to surgery was just 3 weeks and this during Corona. Surgery went very well although more complex than first thought. Great after care from Vicky. I can so recommend this clinic to anyone who suffers from the hidden and oft misdiagnosed malady of endometriosis.

Dr Tsepov was extremely understanding and detailed in helping diagnose my Endometriosis. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had and the process from consultation through to laparoscopy was extremely smooth and simple. Post-operatively I have felt very at ease and comfortable and the outcome of the operation was thoroughly discussed in hospital and in clinic, leaving me very re-assured.
Vicky was also very lovely and very knowledgeable and continuously has checked in with me since my procedure. The support from both Dr Tsepov and Vicky has been brilliant and I could not recommend them highly enough.
The robotic surgery was a faultless experience and has made my recovery even easier than expected leaving minimal scars and pain. Definitely recommend the Harley Street Clinic Endometriosis Centre to anyone looking for an outstanding service and detailed investigations / diagnosis.

Strongly recommend to use this amazing clinic.
After many years of being misdiagnosed it was a great relief to find Mr Tsepov and his team. I was already speaking to Mr Tsepov on the day of enquiry and just over a month later I had the operation. All of this despite of Covid.
Mr Tsepov and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and understanding also of the emotional burden that endometriosis often carries.
Having stage IV endometriosis not only around uterus but also bladder, rectum and diaphragm, meant that I needed support also from Mr Chan and Mr Wilby. All three consultants worked closely together to ensure my best well being and recovery. Their continued support is very much appreciated.
I can’t write this review without mentioning Endometriosis Nurse Vicky and Stoma nurse Liz who have been providing enormous support throughout the process and gave me confidence during the recovery period.
I can’t recommend this clinic enough!

I can’t emphasise enough the outstanding level of care I have received from Mr Tsepov, Vicky, Nadia and the whole team at The Harley Street Endometriosis Centre. Mr Tsepov carried out excision surgery on my stage 4 endometriosis last month which has greatly improved the quality of my life already. I would urge any women struggling with this awful condition and looking for expert advice and care to consider an appointment with Mr Tsepov. From diagnosis to the surgery and follow up, everything has been seamless and the team so compassionate and caring every step of the way. They have also been excellent (and very patient!) in communicating with my health insurance provider. I’m so glad I found Mr Tsepov and can’t thank him enough.

Dr. Denis Tsepov was very professional and thoughtful. His ability to speak both English and Russian, was very useful, given I had previous medical records written in both these languages.
Dr. Tsepov communicated my test results clearly and showed interest with following up on my condition. Dr. Tsepov’s assistant was also very resourceful in explaining how they worked with private medical insurance and was very professional.
I highly recommend Dr. Tsepov as one of the best gynecologists in London.

I could not ask for a better Surgeon/Consultant and team than the Harley St Endometriosis Clinic. The service is absolutely amazing. From Diagnosis to pre op, post op it is flawless. The skill set of the team is impeccable and unbelievable.
Mr Tsepov is very kind and reassuring and will not pressure you and will give you so much information that you need. He is very patient explaining things to me.
Miss Di Donato is very good with the scan. She was very thorough and does the ultra sound very gentle. Very detailed with the report.
Dr Priya was very good in reporting for MRI.
Mr Chan I have met and he is a very good surgeon. He too is very patient in explaining things to the patient.
OPD Gynae CNS Viorica was very patient and reassuring. She goes above and beyond her call of duty to reassure that everything will be okay. All my questions she patiently answers to the best of her knowledge (which is vast!!!) She is always there when I need her. She always helps whenever she can and would refer you to someone if it is beyond her scope.
I highly recommend this Endometriosis Clinic as it has a very good and efficient team. I could write thousands of praises for this clinic but it is best to find out for yourself. The best care I have ever received.

I have received excellent care from Mr. Tsepov at The Harley Street Endometriosis Centre. From my very first appointment, I was put at ease by Mr. Tsepov & his endometriosis nurse (Vicky) by their kind nature, detailed knowledge & thorough explanations. Results from my MRI were relayed in very understandable way & treatment options were explained without any pressure to proceed.
I was always seen either on time or early plus the waiting rooms are all comfortable, clean & well stocked with current magazines, tea & biscuits. I would thoroughly recommend.

I had endometriosis for over 2 years and been through a surgery before at the BMI hospital where they never shared any details with me. I didn't even know what they found or what they have removed and the pain persisted. After this horrible experience and 6 months of unsuccessful complaints, I have been referred to Mr. Tsepov by another doctor at Harley Street Clinic. Mr. Tsepov made sure to have all the tests and investigations ready prior my laparoscopic surgery to remove endometriosis tissue stage 4 to go as smooth as possible and had the patience to explain everything to me and provide me with all the proof of results he had. I can’t thank him and all the staff enough. Would highly recommend Mr. Tsepov and his team.

I have only received the most excellent, competent and compassionate care from Mr Tsepov and his team especially CNS Vicky and Mr Chan. Being a healthcare professional myself with a difficult endo, i had so many fears about endometriosis and managing it especially when it comes to fertility, but he’s given me the facts and i feel more confident about the prognosis of my case. Mr Tsepov ensured that i feel assured and well informed throughout the treatment. Im on my way to recovery now and my family and I cant express how thankful we are for his expertise and care. After being treated “inadequately” previously for my endo, Mr Tsepov is just a life saver for me. I cant recommend Mr Tsepov enough. He’s got a very kind , humane and competent team that everyone can rely on.

I came from Toronto, Canada desperately seeking help for my Stage IV endometriosis. I was at the end of my rope, and I am so grateful I found this clinic. Every staff member was kind, caring and just generally lovely toward me, and I always felt comfortable and heard. Dr. Denis Tsepov was absolutely incredible. He took his time to go through my history, never once rushed me, and asked very thorough questions. I had an MRI and was made as comfortable as possible, and at my follow up appointment (which Dr. Tsepov scheduled just so I could see him before I went back to Canada) I left armed with knowledge I needed more than anything. If you are suffering with this awful disease and you need to be seen, heard, cared for and treated with dignity and respect, do not waste another second. Make an appointment at this clinic.

I would highly recommend Mr Denis Tsepov and the Harley Street Endometriosis Clinic. I cannot find enough words to describe Mr Tsepov and the superb work he does at his clinic. You don’t meet many consultants like Mr Tsepov. He’s an expert in his field and I was so impressed by his genuine concern and commitment to finding a solution to my pain. He always took the time to explain things in detail and was happy to answer all of my questions. His excellent bedside manner, caring nature and good humoured approach made a very difficult and painful time more bearable.
His nurse, Vicky, is a gem as well. Vicky was immediately able to put me at ease at each appointment and went above and beyond to check on me and answer any questions. Vicky’s extensive knowledge, as well as her care and compassion, make her a wonderful nurse. She is a dedicated advocate for her patients. It truly felt like a team effort working with Mr Tsepov and Vicky. I felt they wanted a positive outcome for me, just as much as I did.
I cannot thank Mr Tsepov and Vicky enough for the outstanding care I received and for helping me get my life back. Living with ongoing pain is difficult and I’m grateful Mr Tsepov was committed to finding an answer. I simply can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience.

Dr. Tsepov is caring, experienced, approachable and incredibly professional! He always listens attentively and I felt so relaxed with him and his wonderful nurse. They took the time to examine me and explain everything, and I left feeling so much less anxious. He always will give you a necessary advise and will help you with your queries !

I cannot recommend The Harley Street Endometriosis Clinic highly enough.
I went from being unaware that I had Endometriosis, to being diagnosed with stage 4 which had caused significant bowel complications. I consider myself so lucky to have been referred to Mr Tsepov, Mr Chan and the specialist team at The Harley Street Clinic. Everything was fully explained, with clarity, expertise and empathy. Despite never having been in hospital, much less had surgery, I was happy to put my complete trust in them, and this took away so much of the worry. Their communication with colleagues from relevant departments, plus referrals to complementary treatment such as counselling and physio, was absolutely seamless.
I felt and still feel fully supported, as everyone has been highly professional yet very welcoming and approachable. Lead Gynae CNS, Viorica, is wonderful.
With an emphasis on excellent care, Mr Tsepov, Mr Chan and Viorica visited me many times whilst in ICU and afterwards as an inpatient, and it is clear that they remain fully involved throughout all stages of treatment and recovery. Also, the surgery was carried out so very carefully, that although I was worried about scarring, it will be minimal when it heals.
They are absolutely world-leading experts in their fields and when my treatment has come to an end, I can honestly say that I will remember them always and with sincere gratitude.
