Good service, but only one person in a household can use it. My partner and I both need prescription hayfever medication, and we couldn't both order it, or refill earlier due to us both taking pills from the same pack. The site flags it as potential misuse and doesn't let you order... We had to order the same medication from the competitor just so we both can have access to it.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY
They charged me for a home Covid test several days before Christmas and did not provide me with any result - I have still not had result from them yet.
In addition to this they IGNORE attempts to contact them by email or messenger.

I got covid antibody test, to help make a travel decision, which is advertised on medexpress website as, results within 2-3 working days after tests are posted. Its been 9 working days ( 13 days ) since and i got no results.
I have called 8 times and nobody picks up. I emailed 4 times and no responses. I messaged on facebook, no response either. I even wrote to the CEO and no response. If someone just told me who i need to contact to get the results, i am happy to do that. But no one cares.
Paid £100 for the tests and such a poor service. Dont even know how to ask for a refund, if they dont respond. Absolutely shambolic.
