I have been going to this pharmacy for years now just for perfumes mostly, and as a regular customer, I cannot give any negative review. From day one I have received pleasant, friendly and excellent customer service. I have also introduced some of my friends to this pharmacy to also buy perfumes men and women alike. I do recommend this pharmacy to those that are looking to purchase perfumes lol because that's what I buy the most in this place. Good family business runs efficiently and it doesn't matter who you get served by, you are offer pleasant service. Kudos for the service especially during the pandemic. What a fantastic family-run pharmacy and shop! The personal care and extra mile to which all the staff go is exemplary. The medication and over-the-counter advice is invaluable too. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I do not usually write reviews but I am feed up of the constant unpleasant attitude of the pharmacists. I have been living in the area for 20 years and I have always felt uncomfortable using this pharmacy. Unfortunately my Gp sends the online prescription to them and therefore I haven't got much choice apart from going there. I find the staff pretty rude. They let you wait a long time without any explanation and when you ask how long it will take you get lectured and undermined for even raising the question. I have used other pharmacies on the street and never experienced the wait or the attitude of the staff at this pharmacy. Don't be fooled by the new front - it hasn't helped improve the general attitude from the owners to talk down their customers.

Went there three separate times and was told that my medication has been ordered and will be available next day - turns out that it was never ordered. Very inconsiderate of my time, had to make three trips and wait around for nothing.

They always have the latest products alongside the classics.
They usually have a great discount section also for end of line top brands st low prices.
The lady on the perfume counter is super knowledgable offering a great customer service.... she even mends watches ;-)

Being a local in this pharmacy for over 20 years, they have a excellent service. I have never had to wait for a prescription, it is always ready on time. Prices are always fair and the customer service is better that the other pharmacys in the surrounding area.

I bought a Seiko wrist watch on Friday and I'm very happy with my purchase!! The lady who helped me with the choice and the links removal even gave me a 5£ discount without me asking for it!! This Pharmacy sells lots of designer perfumes at really low prices!! I personally recommend this place!! Regards. Luana (the Italian girl who bought the Bazuka cream along with the watch).

Having been raised in the area, I have to say that this is the worst pharmacy on wooly road! The thing that I remember it most for is that it has never been redecorated in the 20+ years I have known it, and has always been that same puss yellow colour.
It is a MINIMUM 10 minute wait to get your prescription even if the shop is empty and they will scrutinise your prescription - so make sure not to forget to put the date and tick the correct box or they will serve the person behind you instead.
As a shop, they are hilariously overpriced and they know that since they are the closest pharmacy to the GP and right next to the bus stops, people are going to use them just out of the convenience of their location. They don't care what you want or think, as long as they get your money by using pushy sales tactics. Ask them about one of their watches and if will make a good gift then enjoy they show - you will see what I mean! You just know that you are being sold to.
Honestly, there is a Boots further down the road. Boots has everything this place has and more and unbelievably their fragrance prices are cheaper. Unless you are in a rush and need to catch the bus straight after leaving the GP, there's no real reason to be in there.

Independant pharmacy that has been around for decades and run by the same owners. The have other branches scattered around in South East London.
As well as your usual medecines and toiletries, they also sell perfumes, electronics and watches.
Nitin, the friendly and helpful owner and pharmacist can help you with whatever you need.
I would recommend to anyone.

not a good shop at all, staff are rude and disrespectful. they only want your money and don't care about customer service. unless your an older person that they can take the piss out off and make them spend money on perfume. the female staff are condescending and do not understand that customer service is very important and that rude comments are not needed ever in any situation.
