Came in today as my husband was unable to get a doctors appointment. A really kind gentleman helped speak to my husband over the phone to understand his needs. He really took the time to help him out and showed empathy! I didn't get his name but thank you! I know this pharmacy is always getting bad reviews but they're really not all that bad.

They never answer the phone despite calling numerous times of the day. Medication is never prepared upon receipt of prescriptions from the gp so you end up having to go back and even then you have to wait ages. Absolutely shocking service when we’re in a pandemic and you’re a vulnerable person trying to limit the time you spend in public places. Maybe they need to hire more staff?

They took a day and a half to fill an online prescription. Superdrug normally does it in a few hours.
I’m not sure why 5 staff are needed for such a small pharmacy. Looks like a competence issue.

Absolutely shocking service. Both pharmacists were not wearing face covering. I had booked in a flu jab days in advance and after making me wait 10 minutes for no reason, I was told their colleague who does the jabs didn’t come into work today and I would have to come back in a few days.

Extremely rude, staff contradict what Lloyds tell you online, phone is always engaged, and when you do get through they leave you on hold then return to answer your query then pretend they can't hear you and hang up, calling them back up IMMEDIATELY and repeatedly the phone just rings out as if they've shut.
Utterly pathetic, very rude, avoid like the plague. WORST pharmacy in the area.
