If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I've rang about getting my toddlers seen they refuse and say they are fully booked and they no longer do emergency appointments. I did not sign up with a doctors surgery to be told to take my children to the walk in centre every time. Im in a right mind to report to cqc as they have a duty of care to patients that they are not forfilling. I'll be movie g me and my children surgeries today and we might even get seen for the first time in 6 months by a doctor that isn't ready to dismiss us at the door.

Every time I take my little girl there, they always say it's nothing. I'm not sure they are up to the job, need to get better staff and more organised

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff, can never get an appointment when you call up.
Just absolutely disgusting. Only way I'm told I can get to see a doctor is to come down at 8 and see if I get one. Losing a day's wages.
They wonder why the A+E is full, this is why.

There are no doctors, no appointments, they make you wait hours and then only let you talk about 1 problem. They are poorly managed and it is beyond a joke

This surgery is shocking , staff are rude can spend 20 minutes on hold to be told "call tomorrow no appointments" in the rudest way possible then they just hang up.

I have been trying for a week to get my sons rash sorted and again no doctors a month ago I had an embarrassing procedure done and it was cancelled twice due to miscommunications' by the chemists and the receptionist but mainly due to the doctors fault absolutely sick of it as soon as my follow up appointment has gone I'm leaving and taking my family with me.
