My experience at this branch was excellent. All of the staff whom I asked for assistance were very helpful. Me experience was much better than at b&q. Today was 10-10 ☺️

Bought fence panels from this store and rang the main customer services to deal with problem. Basically they were worse than useless and unhelpful. Went back the this store and the managers could not be more helpful. They saw immediately that the panels were not fit for purpose and refunded. Thank goodness for sensible people.

Nice to have such a store without having to go into Purley Cross proper and though all the traffic (providing you are coming from the right direction. Good size and selection I side, but the outdoor space is limited.

Very poor experience with a recent delivery from Wickes. Arrived missing some of order, 85% of order was damaged. Took 3 calls to customer services to arrange a redelivery. Tried to up sell me to more expensive product. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

Not happy. Ordered topsoil on click & collect. Paid with my card. Got an email & text message to say it was ready. Went to pick it up only to be told it was cancelled & a refund was done. When I placed the order it said there were enough bags to fulfill order.

Popped in to check for paint sample prices, range, and get colour swatches. Impressively wide range of colours to try and deluxe and wickes' own about £1.50 per pot which is really fair. Efforts have been made to help socially distance which I appreciate but the arrows on the floor were a bit confusing so 4 not 5 stars.

Big shout out to the team! I've had to do a few errands to the store for click and collect for a few DIY emergencies - Leaking showers etc! The staff have been great.
