Always like shopping at john lewis staff are well trained to give advice, and a 5 yr warranty on the televisions FREE, bought a small tele for bedroom, went to richer sound who offer 6yr warranty service very poor and didn't have the TV in stock. Keep up the good shopping experience john lewis!

Always worth a visit when in Nottingham, varied store over several floors, fantastic range of anything you could possibly want, still staffed to a level where customer service is still available if you wish.

Very very rich store.Well organized and richly stocked.Every section is fully equipped with needs that one may want and there are stuff you wount get in other stores that John Lewis has.Not too pricey as compared to other stores but comfy shopping store.

Such a shame! Love John Lewis and mainly shop online as the store is very dated to say it's within the modern intu centre. Lifts are prehistoric and make for a stressful time when shopping with a buggy. Many shoppers tend to use the lifts rather than escalators which increases time left waiting. I personally wouldn't dream of using the lift if I didn't need to.
