The store has given customers more space to shop the Isles have been made slightly wider and they have automated hand sanitisers all over the store which is really good and definitely the best I have seen in retail since most stores have hand sanitiser on your way into the store but nothing else.

Entering TK Maxx is a bit like entering a lottery draw. You go in on the off chance that you might find something rather than 'I want to buy this specific item'. And even if you have found something that you like and vaguely resembles the idea of the item that you went in to buy it is not guaranteed that you will find it in your size. In today's shopping experience that's what I call living on the edge.
I do enjoy wondering around in TK Maxx, and I have bought many clothing items there, too.
Staff are helpful and chatty, there is a customer lift leading to the basement and the first floor.
What I have noticed though is that an increasing number of items have tags on them, perhaps this was in response to the growing number of shoplifting attempts - I don't know but the constant ticking of the tags makes me think that I am either in a clock shop or there are improvised explosive devices everywhere.

The customer service here is awful i was at the till & the cashier was only bothered in talking to his mates it’s like i wasn’t there !
the second time i went in was to exchange a mug , i queued & when i ask the assistant if there was anymore she replied with “well have you looked “, as she was unwilling to find a re- placement i went to get one , & on my return she shouted to me that i would “have to join the que again !!! “ i nearly dashed the mug at her ! so rude will not be shopping in here again .

Great for discounted brand shopping. Just go in with an open mind, you WONT find what your looking for, but you will find something you love. No pressure or glairing judging staff or other customers like in some branded clothing shops. Plus oddball interesting yet not so cheep home furniture/wear

Big store, like how different departments have their own floor, so much space. Don't like the fact that the women's and men's changing rooms are separate and if your partner is trying something on you can't look to help, was in the first door in full view of the assistant and she told me to move away from the changing room, I have done it in another store with mixed changing rooms and no issue there! Also the checkout assistant did not know how many gift cards we were able to pay with.

TK Maxx... The posh jumble sale.
It's often hit and miss if you're going to see.anytging you like so it's always worth checking out,
But while other local stores ways seem to have quite a wide range of products,the store near Intu Victoria Centre in Nottingham was sadly very light on toys, technology and anything other than clothing and some kitchen utensils.
I have a few stores closer to home, so would certainly visit those before making the trip into Nottingham for this one.
