You think TK Max and you think with it savings. Well not always the case, most of the times this is true however the product options are so mix and match that one product in the same section could be £10 then another £110's!
Where TK Max excels is in choice, there is so much variety that there is something for everyone.

Absolutely appalling service from this store. I have never had such bad service from any retail store before. Tried to return an unused item today with a receipt and was refused for no good reason. It was a straightforward return but they managed to turn it into a really unpleasant ordeal, checkout woman Tracy and manageress Alexandra were unbelievably rude, pulling faces, smirking at each other and rolling eyes. Totally unprofessional, also making unfounded accusations that I had worn the item or was trying to scam them. It was incredibly insulting. The manageress gave a garbled explanation as to why she would not process the return, made no sense to me especially as she had a heavy eastern european accent. They both seemed to think they could be rude and unpleasant to customers with impunity. I left with them both gloating over their "victory". I have spent a lot of money in this store and I do not expect to be treated like this over a simple return . I will never shop in this store again or any other TKMaxx store again and I would advise others not to.

Good place for cheap designer clothes. This Nottingham branch is fairly big and has a decent selection, even for scrawny people like me. Just don't make any plans for the rest of the day, because it will be spent in a queue at the tills.

TK Max used to have loads of bargains, but it seems to have less and less decent kit now. The clothes here aren't bargain oddballs anymore, they seem to be cheap mass produced stuff, if you looked through the stuff you'd find one or two decent one off items, now its just rails of the same cheap stuff.
They used to have loads of wild trainers too but now it's just rubbish cheap trainers and the odd pair of shoes.
They do still have a ton of bargain gadgets, headphones, phone cases and stuff.

I like TK Maxx mainly ,but sometimes it looks like a jumble sale with stock strewn all over the place. You do get value for money there though. On the staff side of thing's the only downfall they have is the absolute prat of a manger they (and the customers) have to put up with .

I have been here to buy a gift for my girlfriend. It was a dress but I misjudged the size. I came few days after to change the dress and the staff was friendly and did a nice job. Moreover, the different articles are cheap and they have a large choice.
