Seriously below average software, customer support/service is non existent. If you enjoy paying lots of money and being ignored whilst not being able to do your job properly, go with this company, otherwise go elsewhere.

Stay away from this company! Very expensive products for an average software. We were a loyal client for couple of years and when we decided to cancel our agreement they started sending us a huge bills for cancellations and other made up charges. Absolutely shocking !

Great support team but when you have a technical issue that requires the development team.... be prepared to wait! My properties haven’t been uploaded to Zoopla since Saturday (now Thursday) and they seem very laid back that a veteran client is loosing valuable marketing time. I wonder if all agency software providers would be as relaxed?

These guys have been around for a while now and I've used their software and services at various locations and they always deliver the best results. The software is simple and reliable, so the requirement for training is minimal. This is also provided in their excellent head office or on site. Top level service providers.

We have been a customer of Aspasia/Qube for 10 years but the latest migration over to MRI has been a disaster. Since MRI migrated us across to their new services almost 6 weeks ago the level of disruption is unbearable and we still do not have full use of the system. Despite persistent reporting and expense employing our own additional IT technology support, it has taken 5 weeks for our case to be passed to the technical team. During which time we have been given excuse after excuse that they are working to resolve the problem, which is clearly not the case. I would not recommend MRI Property Software to anyone.
