I've been having acupuncture with Sarah for over a year and it has changed my life. I appreciated Sarah's holistic approach to acupuncture and mental health and the coaching element has helped me with my self-esteem and anxiety in a way that I could never have imagined. I also had to do some of the hard work in between our sessions, but without her insight and observations, I would not have healed from the grief and trauma I have experienced without her help! I highly recommend Sarah and actually have a few friends who use her now and also think she is a godsend!

I visited Sarah after being recommended by my girlfriend who had nothing but great words to say regarding Sarah's treatment. Never having had Five Element Acupuncture I presumed it would be exclusively related to physical ailments but found that my time with Sarah helped even more so with my mental health. Through our sessions and conversations Sarah helped me with a whole range of issues that were concerning me at the time. I could not recommend Sarah more highly!
