Sakina filled me with confidence during our meeting and although I was scared and unsure, her skills, smile, confidence and knowledge made it an exceptional experience. I went to see her twice only but the treatment worked so well. My chronic back pain is not an issue anymore and my life has improved significantly. I cannot recommend this lovely lady enough!

I came to see Sakina as I have been suffering from migraines for many year. I had to take strong medicine to alleviate the pain. After a few sessions, my migraines disappeared almost completely. I am now off any medicine. I would really recommend her to anyone.

I contacted Sakina because I was suffering from lower back pain. After the first treatment most of the pain disappeared and after three treatments it is completely disappeared. In addition to the pain relief, I noticed a positive impact on my mood, as I felt full of energy and more relaxed. I also improved my sleep and my life style. I started eating healthier and doing very nice walks around Brighton. Sakina's energy and enthousiasm is very inspiring, and she is very professional. I highly recommend her!

Highly recommended.
I had been suffering from symptoms for a decade and thought I had tried everything to manage the situation. But I was wrong, from the first session with Sakina I started to notice an improvement and after each subsequent appointment the condition was improving. Sakina took time to understand the condition and worked creatively and flexibly to accommodate my needs. It's been a few months since my last appointment and the symptoms have not come back, so the results are permanent!

I went there because of my strained leg. Sakina was very professional and carrying therapist. She helped me to reduce the pain within a one hour session. I had another few sessions which almost cured my leg. It is a lot better than spending money on antibiotics or other pain relievers!

I recommend everyone to try acupuncture at some point in their life! Acupuncture has opened my mind to Chinese medicine. It’s an intimite journey in which you get to learn about how your own body works. Sakina made this journey enjoyable and comfortable. Sakina is an experienced, competent and simply lovely therapist. I saw her following an anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and was having a lot of pain in my knee post operation. Her acupuncture treatments with electro and advice were very beneficial in my recovery.

I had been recommended Sakira by a friend. I went along out of interest rather than a specific reason. However on meeting Sakira She quickly uncovered a very specific reason, I realised I’d been reluctant to admit to myself. I saw her every week for a month and by the 5th week I’d already shifted a massive blockage in my thinking and actions, making several, what seemed out of the blue, moves outward and forwards. I now see Sakira when I feel I’ve hit a bit of an obstacle in my life. She is very easy to talk to and very guiding in her advice. I’ve enjoyed her recommendations in reading and approach to situations. Life really began to change once I began to have acupuncture from her.

I went to see Sakina because of lower back pain. It was my first time using acupuncture but Sakina made sure that I was comfortable and knew what would happen. She is a very uplifting, positive person who makes you feel immediately at ease. The treatment was fantastic and really helped ease my back pain. Sakina is such a wonderful and caring therapist. When you are in her hands you actually feel safe and loved. I have seen Sakina many times over the last two years and she treated me successfully for various conditions such as muscular pains and inguinal hernia. She even helped me to recover from a serious car accident by reducing muscular chest pain. She treated me for mental and physical stress. My Mum has been suffering from Osteoarthritis for several years now with her hip and knee causing her huge amounts of pain. I’d always been a bit sceptical about acupuncture, but after a friend recommended Sakina’s practice to me, I booked my Mum an appointment.
After the appointment my Mum was ecstatic. The combination of massage and acupuncture seemed to do the trick and she was completely pain-free for days after the session. Her pain has started to come back so I’ll be booking regular sessions for her with Sakina from now on.

I went to Sakina for around 6 sessions of acupuncture and massage over few weeks in this winter in Edinburgh. I wanted to increase the connection with my body, especially with my legs, relieve tension and improve my general health. I found Sakina very professional.
