I walked into the clinic limping, with sharp pain in my lower back. I had never tried acupuncture before but the lady doctor made me feel completely comfortable, she asked me all the right questions & with a reasonable price the treatment took upto an hour. There was no pain !! they also use electric needles, and during this she ensures you are made to feel comfortable. I honestly felt like I was getting a massage I walked out from the clinic normal, and although I felt a small ! small ! amount of discomfort , majority of the pain was gone. I would highly recommend trying acupuncture & of course from this clinic

I went for acupuncture and herbal treatment for my brain fog, weight loss. I always feel a bit nervous about needles, but I didn't feel any pain at all, I actually felt very relaxing, and woke up feel energize. DR SUN has years of experience in Chinese medicine I really suggest anyone who has PMS, or any woman issues, skin disorders to make a booking, he showed me his published books based on his research while he was working in China hospitals, he had many research in Skin disease woman disorders and Massage. He is full of knowledge and most important - a responsible and humble person.

I visited Dr. Sun while being in Brighton for one day visit he honestly knows exactly what was happening with me and asked all the right questions and now I recommend him if you suffer of pain or unbalanced periods.

This place is rubbish. I was under the impression that as this place was so grotty I was getting good value for money because it was no frills. That's not true - treatments are useless. I made the mistake of pre-paying for several sessions to bring the price down and regretted it soon after. Being typically British, too embarrassed to try and ask for money back and went through with all "treatments". I had back aches, headaches, general tightness. I had acupuncture and massage as well as the "cup". All rubbish - doesn't represent good medicine. It's not dealing with the root cause, nor was it pleasant. I have a high tolerance of pain but the massage brought tears to my eyes and did nothing to relieve tension. Needless to say, having been to real physiotherapists and a chiropractor, I made swift progress to solving the root problems as well as the instant pain relief. This Chinese medicine is based on stuff that doesn't work and you are better off spending money on going to a real physio or Chiro - who cost the same money and have nice facilities! As an example of these clowns, I would hear people come in and ask for the "slimming tea" and the Chinese doctor would say yes, yes you will definitely lose weight. The customers would say "how much weight will I lose - guaranteed?" And the doctor actually replied by picking a number out the air "you'll lose xxx lbs". It's nonsense. It's a con. It's not magic and just illustrates this place is to be avoided.

I initially came because of back pain which was alleviated in one session. After that I decided to see if TCM could help with some of my other long standing medical problems which had been pretty much untouched if not exacerbated by Western medicine such as my depression and anxiety. I found the herbs that Dr. Sun gave me both very effective and lacking in the nasty side effects that I'd become accustomed to with antidepressants. One of my other long standing issues had been infertility which was treated alongside my other problems. Within the few months that I had been seeing Dr. Sun for acupuncture and cupping sessions my depression and anxiety had not only receded substantially, but I also became pregnant! Overall I found the doctors at this clinic much more knowledgeable than most of the GPs I have seen. They are both trained medical doctors as well as Chinese medicine practitioners. If you have been suffering from a condition which Western medicine has not been able to treat, I highly recommend trying this out.
