After completing an initial questionnaire, I had a virtual consultation to discuss things further as I live out of the area of the clinics. Following the consultation, I was prescribed a course of tablets and a prescription tea which is in powder form. The order arrived the very next day by DPD and within the pack it included clear instructions regarding quantity and frequency to take the herbs. After a week I was starting to really feel the benefits, not least having much more energy and I have noticed my migraines are now very infrequent. Definitely recommend.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone dealing with health issues or even trying to obtain a healthy lifestyle. In my experience, from all the doctor visits I have done throughout the years into public and private hospitals trying to get rid of this horrendous eczema, this is by far the but one. It hasn't been a month since I started my treatment and I can actually say it's 45 percent better. Dr Lily is an amazing professional and knows exactly what she's doing.

I went to Gin Sen in South Kensington three years ago when I was constantly run down and weak getting chest infections. I was seen by Dr Lili and she prescribed Chinese herbal remedy tea, Chinese cough medicine acupuncture and cupping once a week and I made vast improvement that I could not get when I saw my GP. About a month later I was able to be really active and even start teach Zumba classes I was so much stronger.
With lockdown I found myself worn down again always tired, bloated, cold hands and feet, not sleeping through the night, despite managing to exercise about twice a week and eat reasonably healthy. So I decided to try Gin Sen again but this time the Chelsea branch. I have had herbal remedies again and three weeks of once a week cupping and acupuncture. Seen by Dr Lee this time and I have more energy from the first treatment, it does wear off towards the end of the week but I am consistently feeling better and definitely have more energy than before. Again my GP ordered blood tests etc but found nothing wrong with me. But clearly there was, so I am thankful that TCM can give some help sometimes when the GP says everything is normal and you know it isn't.

Ginsen are amazing, I've used their products for years. Tao hong si wu quickly and dramatically improved my menstrual cycle. It changed from clotting and irregular to bright red and painless. I had many rounds of IVF in my mid 40s and despite my age had a baby girl then a boy. On my 1st scan I had only one follicle. But then I used Ginsen and acupuncture and each month it improved until I had 5 follicles and conceived. I have a science background and am a skeptic but I honestly believe their products can achieve miracles.

I have known dr Lily and attended the clinic in Chelsea for many years. They successfully helped me throughout several issues in the past, including UTI, chronic pain and digestion. I recently had Covid and reached out to dr Lily, as soon as I tested positive. She provided me with ancient anti-viral treatments to support me while fighting the virus. Most of my symptoms improved within 2-3 days, including my levels of energy.

I had never had acupuncture before and this was explained to the woman (twice as she seemed to forget my answer to her the first time) . She didn’t examine me or look at my back but asked a few basic questions and then suddenly had a diagnosis (I’ve had back problems for years and have seen multiple physios, Gps and masseurs and none of them came close to her diagnosis) and had written up a list of things I would be needed including six treatments, herbal tea, oils and supplements all costing close to £600. She even went as far to getting the card machine just expecting payment. I said that I only wanted the treatment today and I would think about the rest. I was taken to a room, told to pull down my shorts and she started rubbing an antiseptic wipe without checking if I had allergies. She began to feel my back asking where the pain was. She was unable to feel any tension as I would expect someone who had experience dealing with backs to be able to do. When I was able to locate the area for her she took this as her cue to simply start sticking needles in without explaining anything about the process. Absolutely nothing. She then turned out the light and left the room. Came back in after 30 mins and started to pull the needles out, again no warning or explanation. Treatment over. Really unpleasant experience and feel like I wasted £45 and roughly an hour. Wouldn’t go back.

Absolutely shocked at my experience at Ginsen, booked in for acupuncture sessions, especially during 2020 to help with stress. Visited the Kings Road clinic three times, every time the receptionist has said 'Have you been before?' Even though my visits were only 2 weeks apart.
They are heavy sales, which I ignored on the first couple of visits, purchased what the lady told me would help, didn't book a course but went with pay as I go.
The lady, of which I can only assume is the owner barely spoke to me once she took my payment before the session, popped the needles in no care for how I felt laying there, and just left the room with no word! For all she knew I'd never felt this before, zero service, but is till came back to continue my sessions.
On my third and absolutely LAST visit once again the receptionist asked 'Have you been before?!' Sat me back down for a consultation with the same lady - she began to ask all the same first time questions and trying to sell to me, I had to tell her i'm a regular and she had already sold me these things, she said and i quote 'I see lots of people I can't remember you!' In a horrendous tone, she clearly couldn't find my 'notes' She then tried to sell me ANOTHER course, and then said 'fine just pay for today' I stood up and explained how I wouldn't be continuing my sessions as there is zero client service or experience here! They only want your money, she shouted at me 'What do you want?! If you don't want a session LEAVE!' And continued until I left.
I never leave poor reviews especially during such a tough time for business such as this year, however I work in customer service and this was the worst i've ever encountered, I was so upset and shocked at the way i've been treated that I will be carrying this on further.
Especially after needing a treatment to relax and de stress this only made it worse.
Please please think twice before coming here! They only want to take money from you and have no care in the world how you are or how your treatment goes, the lady is a con.

Made to pay upfront before they even discussed why I was doing accupunture. They took payment and then took me downstairs were the doctor didn't look at my tongue or listen to my pulse all common practice in other places I've received accupunture. Aggressively wiped with antiseptic and needles harshly / rushed when put in and then lights went out and that was me for 30 mins. No conversation or professionalism and no communication when I was finished.

I started my journey with GinSen Clinic 4 weeks ago, seeking help for ongoing symptoms including, blisters on my hands, head tension, irritability, tinnitus and stomach problems.
I had a consultation with Dr. Lily, she was very helpful and thorough on my diagnoses. I had a video call via WhatsApp where Lily was able to prescribe me with the tailored 4 week herbal tea and stomach herbal tablets.
I am now at the end of my 4 week tea, feeling so much better in myself, the blisters on my hands have completely cleared, my head tension is almost gone and my stomach is a lot less bloated. As I have lived with these symptoms for so many years, Lily has prescribed me a second batch of herbal tea to fully clear the heat in my body, I look forward to feeling 100% very soon.

They need new massage beds cos you get off more sore than when you started, but the therapists are very good. The acupuncture, cupping, chinese medicine is great also. Also they need new proper adult sized towels and sheets on beds. Covering me with a tea towel sized towel for a massage and no pillows when your face up is a bit cheap for a Chelsea massage place. If the place got a bit of aesthetic care I'd give a 5, but it's still a dive. That said. I go pretty regularly because the therapists ARE good.

Before i discovered GinSen clinic, my body used to be very cold especially my hands and feet this lead to me suffering from a lot of stress which caused me to get a lot of acne on face and not getting any good sleep at night as i used to wake up at night 4-5 times and get headaches in the morning due to the lack of sleep i would get. Also i would eat certain food which would make my body feel very cold and my face would get puffy. I came across GinSen clinic online and completed a form for a free consultation. Within an hour i was contacted by Dr Lily on Whatsapp who recommended treatment for me to get better by dealing with the root cause. It has been over a week now since i have been taking the herbal medicines and i have to say i feel a lot more better than i was before. I no longer feel cold, i have more energy and most importantly i sleep during the whole night without waking up. I choose GinSen to help me with poor health lack of energy and weakness due to hypothyroidism and history of miscarriage and infertility.
Dr Lily is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen. Her advice is complex including treatment, supplements, diet and lifestyle. Dr Lily not only target one problem but aims to improve overall health. I was prescribed custome blend herbal powder and supplements to take daily. Acupuncture, moxibustion and refloxology once a week. From starting treatment I could already see results within 10 days. My circulation improved and first in longest time my hands and feet were warm, my cravings for sweets stopped.
My body start removing toxins by sweating, pain in my left ovary disappeared. 3 weeks into treatment I feel much better have more energy, clear mind and wil, to do things and even my husband notice and compliment it.

Im a PCOS patient, and I have started to take this medicine since two months, Dr Lily is calling me for consultation via video call to check my tongue and ask about my general health, and how do I feel, to change the dose according to my health wellbeing, which is highly appreciated. I have been to this clinic for my headache. Doctor suggested Acupuncture, massage and herbal medicine. i tried one session of each treatment rather than paying a lot money for something i don't know if it is working for me or not. However, after the acupuncture and 60 minutes massage, i felt much much better. it is amazing. i definitely will come back to continue my treatment. Highly recommended! I went with extreme neurological pain, which has been greatly helped by acupuncture and herbal treatment. I also received treatment for being overweight, which is already having an effect.

My wife arranged a deep tissue massage which was actually very good. Experienced girl trained in Eastern Europe. Problems:- payment upfront? This is always a red flag to me! I asked about other treatments of the reception staff. I met with the Chinese doctor. She asked some questions and looked at my tongue. I was told I needed 3 different packages each cost around £500 so total was more than £1,500! For a 3 month package. I made my excuses.
But I booked the same girl for a massage the following week. When I arrived for my appointment and again paid in advance. They again tried to get me to buy a package. Then once changed and ready it turned out the girl I booked was not in that day despite the fact I had waited a week until she was due back. I asked why they didn’t call me and tell me?
Honest opinion from someone who really knows good massage... the Romanian girls are good but the Chinese owners are focused way too much on a hard sell and making as much money as possible. Not recommended in my view.

I am very happy with my result.I was suffering from low iron for 10 years.Nothing could help me.I have iron infusion,iron tablets for all of those 10 years but nothing helped.But ever since I went to Gin sen I have been feeling a lot better and have more energy.
