I have constant back aches and stiff shoulders especially from being in front of the computer all the time. We all do the same. Decided to go for a good massage to solve the problem as usual and thought I might try out this clinic in Chinatown which I had walked past during lunchtime. The counter lady was friendly and recommended a 30mins body massage focusing on my upper back, neck and shoulders. A doctor present heard about my condition and recommended an acupuncture session that comes with acupressure before I go for a massage. He explained that the whole session helps to open up my channel meridians and improves the energy/blood circulation, thus enables the massage later to have a better effect healing my muscle tissues. It sounds great to me, so I went for it. What can I say? It was well worth the price. I felt so renewed I could go for a night out. Definitely will go back there again for another session. Nothing beats feeling like a new person again. ????

I had one of the best massages I've ever had given by Michael, at Everwell No 7! He was very knowledgeable and thorough, making sure to address any of my problem areas (mostly shoulders and upper back) with diligence!

Had a couple of massages with one of the therapists called Cindy. Really good relaxing massage. Knows what she is doing and helped ease a shoulder problem after a couple of visits. Recommended.

Very good experience. I had a package of acupuncture sessions with Dr Zhuang for my lower back pain, which is very very effective. I feel that my pain was obviously reduced. I will definitely recommend my friends to be here. Next time I will try their deep tissue massage.

Great experience yesterday, I suffered the back pain for a long time and the painkillers didn’t work very well so I followed my friend’s advice to try Chinese acupuncture and I am so happy it worked.such a relief...and have to say the massage is also very good and professional in a way ....

The people working in this shop (I do not know if one of them is the shopowner or not) are thieves in the first sense of the word. Not because they products are too expensive, but because they actually stole my bag when I went there. I have never seen this before. I went there with two bags on my shoulders. I sat one of the chairs to look at two different products between which I hesitated, and put my bags on one of the chairs next to me. I bought the product, went out of the shop forgetting one of the two bags. I realized this after 10 minutes and called them. They denied that they had any bag on the phone. I went back in person, they denied again. One of the staff members told me that they had "many clients" (the shop was empty both times when I went), alluding to the fact that it could have been stolen by one of the clients. Her colleague, however, told me that she had "checked CCTV" and that nobody stole the bag. Ultimately they all agreed that "there was never any bag". One of the two woman looked very ill at ease though, as if she had a conscience. The other one was extremely rude and sure of herself. I called the police but they would not help me because the bag did not contain valuable items such as a credit card or a passport. Know that they are thiefs and avoid this shop. I am so shocked. It has happened to me to even forget my Iphone in a shop, and the shopowner gave it back to me. Never in my life have I met such dishonest sellers. They may have sold the bag and its content (clothes and umbrella) through their networks. Who knows. In any case, they are proper thieves and should be avoided.

Very mixed service. Some great, some poor. Some downright dodgy. I've been going here since 2012 and had a few fantastic therapists over the years but then the service declined and the reception staff became rude so switched to a different e Everwell Clinic nearby with better customer service. Warning: if you're a guy, you may get offered a "happy ending!!!" :O I'm a lady so they never did that to me, but they did to my guy friends who were not happy about it at all!

I was a patient in Everwell Charing Cross road , but the whole team moved to 36 Gerrard St from last year . Good people , Good services ! Highly recommended !

I was recommended by my friend to go Everwell medical centre in 36 Gerrard St for my back pain . Dr.Zhao did acupuncture and acupressure treatment. It was wonderful and reasonable price . Anyway , The herbal medicine is optional . Thank you

The doctor here is very professional and the massage is very comfortable.

Probably the worst massage I've ever had. Avoid!
