From start to finish, the staff made everything easy. My surgeon Dr Wyatt is a miracle worker, and my Physical Therapist Kirk, was not only very patient and knowledgeable, but an overall great person. This was my first visit to OrthoArkansas, and it was such a wonderful visit. The front desk was very friendly, and attentive. My wait time was hardly anything at all. This was my first visit to see Dr. Jeanine Andersson, and she is the best doctor I have ever went to in my 45 years. She is unbelievably supportive of her patients, so kind, extremely helpful, and she makes herself completely accessible to her patients at all times. I’ve never witnessed anything like it from anyone in the healthcare system. There are just simply not enough great things that I can say about her. I feel so blessed that she was recommended to me!

Expect to wait! But remember your waiting because your important they will let people wait on your behalf they never shoved me out the door in a rush listened to all of my woes and were so easy and up front. I used Dr Tucker for some hip work and he was quick and precise. Ready for questions and focused heavily on physical therapy after the fact. They honestly changed my life I have no complaints whatsoever

Doctors don't communicate with each other or patients. They don't care about patients or your pain just how much money they can squeeze out of you. Would rather have surgery done by Dr kavorkian than step foot in any of their facilities again.

Only issue was with the wait time. As a healthcare provider myself I understand that things come up unexpectedly with patients. I know my patients appreciate it when I apologize for running late and for honestly explaining the reason for the delay. Hence the 3 stars.

If you have problems with your hands, you can't lose with Dr. Jeanine Andersson. I had trigger finger of my thumb years ago and Dr. Anderson fixed it. I can barely see the scar. Now have the same issue in other thumb. There are more options now. She explained these clearly and listened my reasons for my choice. I am scheduled for surgery in the near future and I have no qualms about it. I know she will do a great job.

This was my first visit to Ortho Arkansas new facility, and was very impressed. Security began upon entering the parking lot where efficient and valid screening questions were asked in a professional way. The front desk was alerted as to your arrival and once parked, the wait began for a text to let you know to enter the building and register at the front desk. This took about 5 minutes in my case. After entering the building it took 5-10 minutes to go through the registration/co-pay process. Then, in a spacious waiting area, you wait to be called back. Again, about 5 minutes in my case. The nurse led me back to the room where I would later meet with my care provider, and she was very pleasant, efficient, and professional. An X-Ray technician then led me to get a couple of X-Rays and again, very professional and pleasant. When I got back to the room, in less than 5 minutes, my care provider arrived. Payton Ransom, PA, spent a lot more time explaining X-Rays and MRI scans to me than I expected or could have hoped for, and I am grateful. I feel really good about my care plan going forward, and really impressed with the OA team and the awesome new facility!

Dr Newbern did my hip replacement surgery, and it was the easiest surgery I’ve ever had. He takes his time talking with you about the procedure and recovery time, and his staff is really helpful. I hope I won’t have trouble with my other hip but will certainly go to him again if I do!

If you have back issues, this is where to go. These folks are professional, knowledgeable, and are focused on healing. I sought treatment at other facilities/professionals and they “milked” my insurance for procedures not being focused on my solution to fix my back pain but to churn revenues. When the surgeon comes to your bed before the procedure and asks to pray with you, you can take that in a bad way or you can take it as it is meant to be, that they care about you . I highly recommend this medical treatment team.

I had been in extreme pain from my shoulder for about a year. I was referred to Dr. Kirk Reynolds by a friend and it was the BEST thing that could have happened. He was very thorough with me and my wife , answering all of our questions and taking time to explain everything that was wrong with my shoulder and everything he would do to fix it. The surgery went well and after 3 months of physical therapy my left shoulder is as good as new !! I am so thankful for Dr. Reynolds and his team for getting back to normal. I would highly recommend Dr. Reynolds if you are looking for a shoulder surgeon in Ar or the surrounding area. He is the BEST !!

Everyone was friendly. Dr. Wirges was super friendly when I saw him, but I had to ask about the xrays that were done before I was put in a room. Dr Wirgessaw me & said he’d be right back and he didn’t. I guess it was a nurse that came back in my room about 5 minutes later & told me I could go now. That was surprising since I thought my doctor was coming back in like he had stared. The woman said they were going to order some tests and if I don’t hear from Courtney in a few days, then call her back...that was a week ago today. I still have no clue about what’s going on or the tests I am supposed to have done.
