I went to see Dr. Digiovanni for a bad tennis elbow. He was so amazing!!!!! He sat with me, listened to everything i said. He was extremely nice and attentive! That night i called the after hours phone line because my pain got very bad, they told me his PA on call would call me back. Not long after that, HE called me, it was such a great feeling that my actual doctor returned my call. Dr. D has to be the most unbelievable doctor i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I HIGHLY recommend him !!!!!!!

We met with Dr Dunleavy and he is absolutely amazing. Down-to-earth, excellent bedside manner and fantastic with children! He him gave us such well-rounded advice and didn’t pressure us with what direction to take our son’s care. Absolutely would recommend for any pediatric orthopedic care. He looked after my son’s holistic health and provided all possible options.

I am actually having medical issues based on the surgery that I received from this particular group. My hand shakes incredibly and I can’t even eAt soup. The pain in my hand limits my ability to eat. The surgery should’ve corrected it but it just made the shakes more profound.

AVOID this place if you can!!. We went there for my son's x-ray in finger after an injury, they charged me $550(after insurance discount). There was no treatment. Just a x-ray and found there was a small crack that will heal by itself.
When I quetioned the breakup ( which clearly says surgery fee of $350) they were very rude and threatened me to send my bill to collections without explanation why even there is a surgery fee when nothing else was done apart from xray. Very un professional. I never said I will not pay I wanted to understand why there is xray fee, doc office visit fee and surgery fee.

Even though I received great care from the doctors and assistants at this facility, unfortunately my knee replacement didn't turn out as well as I hoped. After 14 months post surgery, my knee is still warm to the touch and the right side is still painful. I will just learn to live with it, because I'm not willing to go through the surgery again with no guarantees of improvement.

What is there to say? From reception through the service, a test of nerve conductivity in my left arm, was professional and efficient. This practice is the best, and I recommend them to anyone needing orthopedic care.

From the moment my mom and I stepped into Danbury Orthopedics we received such wonderful help-from the front desk to how caring and supportive my mom's nurses were. The Anesthesiologist and surgeon were also more than kind and informative. Everyone there made us feel like individuals that really mattered. The care was wonderful! I am a nurse and it was so heartwarming to see the individual care and attention my mom received-Thank you Danbury Orthopedics!

Great looking facility. Great Doctors. Front desk help was nice and pleasant. Every other staff member inside looked miserable. Didn't feel welcomed while inside beyond the front desks. I feel like as though, it's a place where I'd like to go and fell at ease knowing I'm welcomed and well be taken care of. Every "nurse/help" seemed like they just wanted the day to end and be gone. Not even a smile at start to initiate the, "you're in good hands" feel or "welcome, we're here to help". Made me just want to be in and out and honestly, maybe look for another practice facility.

Always a great experience when I have to visit OrthoConnecticut. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. Dr. Henshaw always makes you feel like you are his only patient even when you know he is busy. Dr. Henshaw's secretary Michelle is wonderful as well. Keep up the great work. Dr Insel is THE BEST doctor! He cares , is VERY thorough, and knows what he is doing !! You are safe in his care and that feels good for a change!!!! I recently had my left shoulder surgically repaired by Dr. Brand. He and his team were terrific! Not only was my surgery successful, but the whole process from diagnosis to post-surgery was managed with care, sensitivity, and professionalism. I felt fully informed about everything which led to my being at ease with the surgery itself and confident about the outcome. Every one of Dr. Brand's support staff, including office staff, surgery center people, and PA Chris Geier made me feel comfortable and were very responsive to my needs. I am very happy with my surgery's outcome and with every step of the process.

I had an appointment scheduled for 2 months got a text confirmation a few days before and when I got there,the appointment was canceled. I waited 45 minutes because the staff couldn't even tell me that the doctor wasn't even in that day they were waiting for his assistant to come in,they didn't even know she was at a different office. I had taken the day off for this appointment ,I was not leaving and wasting my day off
I was seen by a PA instead. I have been going to this practice for close to 15 years and this is the first time this has happened, I hope they haven't gotten too big and now customer satyis going down or they are not training new staff well. I work in the business and I know they could see by the schedule for the day that the doctor wasn't in,but they made me wait 45 minutes pretending they didn't know. I hope they fix this soon or people will start going to the other group.

If you have joint issues, this is the place to go! I recently had a knee replacement by Dr. John Dunleavy. He did a superb job. I'm 74 and in one week I was walking without a walker or a cane with minimal pain. I hope I don't need more work, but if I do, I'm calling Dr. Dunleavy again.

Felt like a steer in a cattle herd. Was asked if I was there about my back, I responded yes, they took xrays of one part of my back, not the area I was having issues. Then had to go back and have xrays of the CERVICAL spine, a PART of the back. Physician examined me for maybe two minutes, looked at my xrays and said the reason my spine was protruding was because I was thin. Would NOT recommend this office.

My doctor joined your group last year, he is worth following anywhere. He is very knowledgeable of everything that is going on with me medically, and has been for many years. The office is quite large and the building is new with lovely grounds. I have a long drive to get to my appointments, but it is easier to get to where he is located now than some of the other offices he has had in the area. Thank you for welcoming my doctor to join your staff.

I’m a current patient and I’m repeatedly impressed with the efficiency this operation demonstrates. Their patient load appears to be high, but I’ve not felt rushed and have never experienced any deviation from the schedule. Within the past year Dr Mulieri repaired my torn rotator cuff and Dr Ciminiello treated a knee problem that was getting pretty bad. Both Dr Mulieri & Dr Ciminiello did their magic and at the age of 57 both recoveries exceeded expectation & I was back in the game of life ahead of schedule! OrthoConnecticut has got a great team with a bunch of MVP's that deserve awards! Blessings to ALL!

Great with kids! Luckily we only had to visit once (what we thought was a hip problem for my daughter turned out to be a non-issue) but I loved this place! It’s a beautiful office and the staff was wonderful. They were so patient, helpful, and friendly. My preschooler felt right at home. Even getting x-rays went smoothly! Both of the doctors we saw that day were fantastic. Extremely personable and answered all of my questions. I also appreciated that two Doctors were involved, so they could consult with one another about diagnosis and treatment (seemed like a standard practice). It’s always nice to find a non-pediatric practice that is still good with children!

Staff was awesome and very accommodating. I got in almost right away and was there a total of maybe 30 minutes. The only negative I have about my experience is that the building itself is the most confusing place I have ever been. Poorly marked and 1 office leads into another, nothing like an open floor concept.

I have been to this group many times but feel my last two visits were hurried. I arrived with X-rays from an emergency room visit and was told they couldn’t be read and new xrays were required. Two weeks later more X-rays were required to assess the progress. Then I was told there was nothing else to do but I might need a hand surgeon in the future. I ended up with a permanent scar that was not part of the original injury, but the result of treatment and a bill that I still think was too high despite three phone calls and an explanation that doesn’t make sense. So am I satisfied? Not so much.
