Dr. O is the cream of the crop! He is very thorough and cares about his patients. He doesn't treat us like a number, his concern and passion for his patients exceeded our expectations. I especially enjoyed the fact that he took the time to pray, and it was heart-felt. His team, his office, and staff are all representatives of who he is very professional.

My mom Linda sees Dr. Pruitt and he is the most gentle and understanding doctor shes ever had. The physicaly therapy up there is amazing. Her arms feeling a lot better and works great now. Chris the physical therapist is the best therapist there. Extremely nice and gentle.

I’ve been incredibly impressed by everyone here at OrthoArkansas. As I’m writing this I’m recovering from a wrist surgery. Their checkin process in the midst of Covid is fast and easy. Check in a curbside, park, and then recurve a call when it’s your time to come inside. They’ve gone paperless so you fill out all the forms on your smart device before you even arrive. They’ve perfected the system. Their surgical center is top notch as well, but that’s a different review.

Had a good experience here. Dr Tucker helped me with a knee surgery. It’s definitely a busy place but they are thorough and get the job done. Also they got all my disability filed in a timely manner.

Would recommend this group of doctors to everyone. My personal experience with Dr. Anderson has been wonderful. To look at my hand you would never know surgery had been done on three of my fingers and wrist. She is very caring and concerned about you personally. She will always answer you back if there are any concerns you may have no matter how big or small. She never makes you feel like you are a bother or that you are taking up her time. Their surgical facility is awesome also.

Broke my leg/ankle and the ER told me to try and be seen by Ortho Arkansas the first thing the next morning. They got me right in. I was so scared and stressed about it. But they really made the whole healing process feel a lot easier. They’re organized, nice, and pretty fast. Dr. Wyatt was my doctor and performed my surgery. I feel like he did an amazing job and I have no complaints at all. I will say, Dr. Wyatt isn’t the warmest or most comforting doctor in the world because he just doesn’t really say much. But, he’s always nice and will discuss anything you have questions about. 10/10. Would recommend.

Dr. Eric Gordon and his staff members and especially Angela in the X-ray room and Megan his PA was so helpful, kind and very courteous. The service I received was phenomenal. I would recommend Dr. Gordon to the core. He is a very smart and intelligent young man. He took the time to listen to me thoroughly and fully explained to me exactly what was going on with me without me feeling like I was being rushed. I appreciate him.

ORTHOARKANSAS is my choice for all orthopedic needs. Appointments quickly arranged by friendly and helpful staff. They are very organized and make every effort to stay on time. From time you're greeted in parking lot until you have your appointment everyone functions as a team. Doctors excellent about reviewing your records, taking time to work with you, explaining options and making sure your questions are answered. They make the effort to see your visit is a good experience and that you are receiving the BEST care possible. Highly recommend ORTHOARKANSAS!!

I've been a patient about five years, and every experience is great. Dr. Brian Norton took wonderful care with my fracture to the finger, I had been in excruciating constant pain for over two weeks. He scheduled my surgery immediately. I will always feel so thankful/ grateful for the wonderful care I have been given by the entire medical facility. Dr. Hussey is a kind and compassionate physician. My shoulder was frozen to the point of almost no movement. After my surgery I am able to move my arm again and I’m pain free.

Dr. O has an outstanding bedside manner, he didn’t make me feel rushed and answered all my questions thoroughly. I‘ve had excellent results from my surgery and expect the next surgery to go just as well. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful, whenever I have had a question his nurse gets back with me quickly and I’ve never had to wait until the next day, very accommodating.

I fractured my ankle this December and Ortho Arkansas was great. The urgent care team got me in right away, took my X-ray, and had my splint on within an hour. It’s much more cost friendly than going to the emergency room.
After the initial appointment with urgent care, I was assigned to Dr. Gordon and he was great. Dr. DRIEDRIC helped me with therapy and was a huge help in getting my mobility back. Thanks and kudos to everyone.

I was seen by John, the PA to DR Pruitt. He was a great listener and explained treatment plan very well. I was nervous about getting a knee injection but John administered the injection with very little discomfort. I was pleasantly surprised. The wait time was over an hour but I was thankful that they were taking precautions to keep their patients safe and healthy during these crazy times we are living in. Thank you.

My appointment with Dr. Tucker on 4/13 (new patient for him-not new to Ortho Ar) was scheduled for 11:40 arrived 10 minutes early, was greeted promptly and quickly checked in. Now I am not naive, I did not expect to get called back right away. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, another person walks in and says she is there to see Dr. Tucker. After about another 10 minutes, 40 minutes past my appt time, this lady who just walked in gets called back, at this time there is only the lady and myself left in the waiting room. I go to the desk to question this and the lady at the front desk pretends she doesn't who I am talking about. I explained to her what time my appointment was scheduled for and when this lady walked in and she is already getting called back. They (front desk personnel) were not willing to go to the back to find out why she was called back ahead of me. I was told Dr. Tucker was running an hour and half behind. Like that was supposed to make it alright. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's. I have a job and don't have the time to sit in his office for a half day with out giving my boss notice that I need 1/2 day off from work. Maybe Dr. Tucker needs to tell the front desk personnel not to schedule so many patients on the same day. That way he can properly devote his time to the patient in front of him.

I have never been treated more kindly and courteously by any other medical office. I was informed twice (without prompting) that they hadn’t forgotten me but were still waiting for insurance benefits confirmation and total wait was only 15 minutes !

Dr Newbern did a hip replacement on me 9 years ago and it was a very successful surgery. Having trouble with my knees now so I did a return visit and was pleased to see that he still had some of the same staff with him which to me indicates a good stable working environment and a good place to go to. They're very experienced-handle you very professionally -answer all your questions and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is having trouble with their hips or knees
