Ortho AR Little Rock was great! They had a very safe check in and moved patients quickly where we needed to be. I had a nice waiting area to sit in after being brought back to exam area while the doctor was reviewing my MRI/X-rays! Once in the exam room the doctor took a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions/concerns! I felt relief as I left there knowing I was in good hands.

When I called I was amazed that my appointment was the very next day. Upon my arrival the team members at the front desk were very nice. The waiting room was very clean and modern looking. I was called almost immediately and sat in my room for a few short minutes. The ladies in the x-ray room were so very nice. When the nurse and the doctor came into my room, they were courteous and listened. Dr. Allen Smith, spoke clearly and made sure that I understood everything he had to tell me about my knee problem. I will recommend him to anyone i know needing an ortho specialist. My follow up appointment is 4 weeks from the date I saw him. That’s great for me.

OrthoArkansas I mean what can I say in one word? Well maybe more than one, they provide care that exceeds their standards! They provide care above excellence, and their Physicians are world class in there field. Dr. Ethan Schock is awesome! His work goes above and beyond the call of duty. He was born with his gift to help others and provide care like no other.....I can speak endlessly about this doctor who has performed surgery on three of my children now, my son recent car accident required emergency surgery to his shoulder and Dr. Schock was amazing as always. I just love their level of care.

My overall experence was good except my Dr had requested MRI with contrast concerning a cyst on my right kidney that was found on ct done at Saline Hospital on the 19th of march. This was not addressed at my visit with you on the 24th. Will we discuss this matter at my followup visit. I will except responsibility for this not being addressed since my pain level was fairly high and i was probably not responding well. Thank you for understanding and please let me know how this will be taken care of.

Great experience at Ortho Arkansas, Dr Paulus and the entire staff. I was very impressed with the COVID procedures in place. Very little wait time, very efficient process in all aspects of this office. Dr Paulus is so friendly and professional. He instantly puts you at ease, with minimal invasive exam to get the information he needs, very logical and methodical in treatment options: great communication. I can’t say enough about this office ( Fair Park - Little Rock office)

The staff at Ortho Arkansas Midtown were all professional and helpful. The check-in was very safe and followed CDC guidelines. The wait in the waiting room was minimal. The girls in x-ray were patient and kind with me. Sadly, I had a lot more damage with my right shoulder than I realized. Dr. Hussy explained very well what the damage was and my options by sharing with me the x-rays and MRI results on the computer.. I called back the next day and talked to his scheduler, Brittany, to ask more questions that I thought of later. She was helpful as well! Thank you

I have been coming to Ortho Arkansas for about 3 months now. I have visited both Little Rock and McCain Clinics. Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS. My visits thus far have been about every 2-3 weeks and every aspect has been pleasant, professional and informative as well as healing. I have come to know several doctors at OrthoArkansas and I can tell you that each and everyone is great. I recently had surgery on an arthritic thumb, performed by Dr. Brian Norton, and everything went exactly as planned. Dr. Norton carefully explained the procedure and made me feel quite comfortable about it. Besides all that, he is a very friendly and personable man. I would happily let him operate on me again if surgery was needed.

Husband had to wait in car two different occasions and never called then waited an hour half yesterday. Front desk does not monitor their lobby. Poor training from managers to staff. Staff are as only good as their managers. It is not the responsibility of physicians and nurses to monitor the lobby.

Saw Dr. Eric Gordon and cannot say enough good things. He and his assistant made me feel as I and the problems I am having really mattered and they wanted to do whatever they could to help. I felt much more confident about something being able to help and reassured that I was in good hands; that we would meet again and develop a game plan. Highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Smith and the entire staff were very friendly and thorough. They had a very efficient COVID procedure from the parking lot to the exam room. The X-rays were taken quickly and the exam was thorough but fast. Dr. Smith explained my son’s diagnosis effectively made sure I didn’t have any questions before we left. My son only missed 2 classes and I had him back at school.

I came to Ortho Arkansas as a second opinion of my own choice prior to me seeing a specialist out in Benton with Ortho Bone and Joint. I was very displease with that doctor and I didn't like the fact that he immediately when I shared my knee issues with him spoke of Surgery before any kind of x-rays where done or MRI. Because of that I chose to seek on my own with no referral needed Dr. Reynolds. I read his reviews and his excellent ratings and the expertise that he has strictly in dealing with Meniscus tear. He was very kind, he shared my MRI results and explained what he saw and the options that we could take. He offered those options too me, Coritosone Steriod injection in my left knee, which has help me tremendously. Even Physical Therapy has been scheduled for to start on next week. And I would highly recommend anyone that is having difficulty with torn Meniscus to scheduled appointment with Dr. Reynolds he and his team are the best I truly thank God for leading me too see him????.

I used Dr. Andersson, and she is AMAZING! She cares. She listens to your concerns and tells you the pros and cons of each option. The front desk clerks are always nice. I’ve never had to wait more than 20 minutes. And, I only waited more than 10 minutes 1 time. I HIGHLY recommend this place. It is so hard to find passionate, dedicated, healthcare workers that will listen to you. It’s refreshing and great!

I went to Ortho Arkansas on 3/4/21 saw Dr Victor Vargas i already had did at home on Google he had me to look up the bunion gel guard and order it i already knew that that is why i am here don't you have something else here to help me didn't want surgery yet.was not really concerned in my opinion i think he probably was tired it was about 3:00pm i know i will not be going back to him but will pray for him.maybe something was going on in his life.

Dr. James (Jimmy) Tucker has preformed multiple procedures including ACL, MCL, Meniscus, and has rebuilt both of my shoulders and I promise you he is the very best in the Country! His team are remarkable in politeness, and are extremely professional. Understand this, if you have a set back of a serious injury that requires knee, shoulder, foot of any other moving part of your body for repair/surgery and you don’t see Dr. Tucker a you are making a serious misjudgment. Ask other people, it’s not just me!

My 86 year mom has been experiencing lower back pain accompanied by leg pain since January 4, 2021. After 2 months of dealing with primary care doctors here in Batesville at the UAMS, we decided to go to the ER at St. Vincents in Little Rock where were seen by a wonderful ER doctor, Dewey Scarbrough, who referred Dr. Seale to us. Within a couple of days we had appt. and saw Dr Seale’s P.A. Payton Ransom. How refreshing for my little mom to have had such a most wonderful experience. Payton was so kind and explained everything in detail to my mom. We left feeling like there really are doctors who care and want to help in the most loving way. Thank you Ortho Arkansas, you are truly blessed to have Payton Ransom on your team!

The medical staff and service I received are excellent and I would be happy to use them again in the future. I am however, a little disappointed in the admin and billing afterwards. I obtained a written quote for surgery, but they invoiced me twice as much. I can accept that. However, they suggested we use a local surgery center and I paid $143.13 in full at time of service. I received a bill from them for over $9456.86. I am very disappointed that when you get a written quote for a procedure in the amount of $1,023.14 that you end up being sent bills for over $12,000 in total. that is 10 times the estimate. They are using third party suppliers outside the facility who will not honor the center estimates, nor will they fix the problems they create on the admin site. Medically, they surgeon and staff were excellent and the aftercare was super good. I just hate the billing side and the headaches they created afterwards for me. I just do not know how to fix it and get them to honor the original estimates.

Doctor Tucker is a great surgeon. I highly recommend him. I fell this July and tore my hamstring tendons off of my hip bone. He seen me and scheduled me for surgery the same week. He did a great job on a injury that’s not super common. I will admit the wait time is long to see him at the clinic but he’s worth the wait. He’s also very personable and friendly. Anyone with a hip injury needs to see Doctor Tucker.

It turned out that my issue was not something he could take care of, but he made an appointment with one of his associates for the same day and now we have a plan to take care of it.
