Excellent professional service from the Clerkenwell team, especially Susan who was so knowledgable in helping us choose the right products for the vision we had. Project planning and ordering in conjunction with building work was seemless and spot on. Can’t recommend highly enough and will use again.

An all round excellent customer experience from start to finish. Kerstin was brilliant. From our very first meeting with her at the Clerkenwell sotre we both "clicked" and felt confident that Kerstin had quickly got the jist of what we were looking for from a new bathroom.
After our first visit to the show room, Kerstin quickly followed up with a visit to our home and within a matter of days we had a first draft of various design options. With minimal re-work on the initial design we were able to finalise the design within a short amount of time. This was crucial to us as we wanted to take advantage of the forthcoming New Year sales and also because we needed the work completed within a specific timeframe.
Kerstin effectively project managed the whole project for us including suggesting installation companies (who by the way were also extremely professional and did a fantastic job).
With everything under control by Kerstin, we went on holiday for 6 weeks and came back to our dream bathroom. Working with Kerstin was, without a doubt the best "supplied/vendor" experience we've have whilst renovating our home. Professional, customer focused, eye of for detail and proactive just a few words that spring to mind.

She took the time to understand the look we were after, and was always reliable, professional and one step ahead when it came to thinking about timelines and working with the builders. I would highly recommend her design service. She gave ideas and was happy to share opinions especially when we were quite stuck on choices. I would recommend her without hesitation.

From the first meeting with Kirsten at West One I felt confident this was the right person to help create the bathroom of my dreams. Kirsten worked closely with me to create a design that fitted perfectly with the rest of my house and met some quite specific (and picky) requests in the design brief. The choice of fittings and options available through West One was excellent and I love every single item in the bathroom. The help didn't stop at the design and purchase of fittings. Kirsten also helped me find a great contractor for the project and helped keep the whole installation process remarkably stress free and on track. Covid delayed the job, which was completely accommodated by West One who stored everything during lockdown but were ready to go when we could proceed. All in all, this was definitely a bathroom worth waiting for and the best possible people to help make it a reality.

Cecilia helped us renovate 3 bathrooms over the space of a year. She has an excellent eye. Her knowledge of the various brands and understanding of what works in a small space is top notch. On top of this she is very patient through what can be a long process. Would recommend highly.

Upon completing on my flat, I sent an email to the ether on Houzz asking for someone to help me with my bathroom. Luckily, Jake from London Bathroom Installations (they're great for the building work, btw) suggested I go see Kirsten Wain at West One Bathrooms for advice on product. Completely intimidated and totally unaware of what I needed to do, Kirsten was amazing throughout the entire process. She feels like a great friend who is there to help you every step of the way. Always kind and patient, she has exceptional product knowledge and an eye for design. She helped me make a few Pinterest an Instagram photos a reality. I couldn't be more appreciative or recommend her highly enough.

I always find renovating a home an overwhelming experience and that getting the right help that you can trust to get you there is in limited supply. I made the journey to Duravit's showroom in the hope of ticking off all the boxes only to come out empty handed. I chanced on West One Clerkenwell on my way back and I didn't look back! Cecilia Gillott, my Customer Service Manager supported me all the way through. She understood my brief and budget and patiently went about finding ways of hitting the bases with aplomb. She's an asset to the company, as she's incredibly human and professional. She responded quickly if there was an issue and always came up trumps with any challenges. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.

Without doubt the most proficient customer service I have ever had. Kirsten could not have been more helpful and her advice and guidance was exactly what I needed to fill in the gaps. Alternative options were presented immediately after establishing that our original choices may not be wise. A new bathroom can be exciting - but don't forget - this is an expensive investment (which can add value to your house). You may not have done this before and are unlikely to do this again for some time so you will need to rely on the knowledge of those you are buying from with regards to what you need and what's available now. West One bathrooms is the go to place - and if you ask for Kirsten you will be impressed with her knowledge/ wisdom/ time/ efficiency. This is a stark contrast to a terrible experience at CP Hart we received. Kirsten made buying a bathroom enjoyable and it was comforting to know she had thought of everything for us to ensure we would get the best end result.

The store manager was very unpleasant and dishonest. They failed to send the right product initially and subsequently asked us for pay twice for the product (for both the right and wrong item). They even asked us to pay for the item at the original price which is twice as high as the discounted one. When we disputed the charger they threatened to take it to small claims court. Utterly disgraceful!

Delivery was prompt and arrived on the promised day. Really good quality products from the Kohler range and start at a very reasonable price. Recommend very highly.

The level of service that Kirsten provided was second to none. After the initial meeting where we discussed the style of the bathroom her suggestions was close to spot on what we wanted and if we wanted to exchange a product for another she always knew straight away which brand and price level that could fit our demand.
