I can only recommend Vertu Honda Nottingham. I was dealing with a buy in the lockdown.
Le- Roy was very helpful ,he explained everything on the video call. The used car I bought from them was ready for me in excellent condition . Very clean and smell fresh like a new one. I am very happy customer.

I took my car in for a summer service to get an inspection of my white Honda Civic. An overall positive experiential experience from the moment of being guided for parking space by the guy in the forecourt to the lovely girls; Stephanie and Sophie with attentive, genuine customer service. My car also came out clean and smelling nice. This place is a clear contrast to the VW dealership experience in West Bridgford.

Long wait for a basic 1st service, arrived at 10am didn't leave till 2pm and they failed to do the software update that was due on the bike. Claimed they were unable to do it ? Can't even do a simple task on a bike they sold me, I wouldn't trust them to do something complicated.

I have recently bought a Honda HRV from Vertu Honda Nottingham. The sales staff are exceptional (I was attended to by Leroy in the main, but also by Will). They are attentive whilst not being pushy, and the adherence to the Covid 19 restrictions is to be applauded.
I had cause to return the vehicle for a couple of very minor issues, but I was at all times treated politely and with respect. I cannot fault them in the slightest, and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly to anyone.

Visited this garage because we were interested in a car they had which we decided wasn’t quite right for us. However our experience of this dealership was excellent. Jerlon dealt with us through the process of enquiry and test drive and I cannot praise him enough. He couldn’t do enough for us and was amazing- I was only sad I could not buy a car off such a conscientious salesman.

Really disappointed with the level of service I received from their telephone receptionist.
The receptionist does not realise there is a difference between a motorcar and a motorcycle.
I phoned them regarding a BMW motorcycle they are advertising with the intention of gaining some more information so as I could do a deal over the phone and have the vehicle delivered, the receptionist was very unhelpful I was then just cut off.
Not a great way to treat your customers!

A Honda Jazz i-VTEC EX Navi 5 dr Petrol Hatchback was bought at Vertu Honda Nottingham a few days ago. We were extremely impressed with the service. Excellent measures were taken for our safety during the Corona period. A personal video was produced to demonstrate the interior. The sales executive was extremely helpful and all documentation well handled. We would be very happy to go back in the future.

Very impressed. I found the experience of buying a car from here to be a very pleasant one. Plenty of room to park my own car (not something you can rely on at many other showrooms), and a very friendly and attentive service from the salesman Le– Roy and the sales manager.
I know you might expect to receive good treatment when buying a car, but this was above and beyond what I have experienced previously. Time will tell if my view changes in the future, but so far, I'm very happy.

The salesman increased the cost by 39% on the final visit, after a test-drive and 2 meetings. This was after repeated requests to email a final quote over and repeated assurances that the quote was accurate.
Their sales strategy seems to be to waste as much of your time as possible and then ramp the cost up in the hope that you're then unable to look elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle, look elsewhere first.
