Excellent service from start to finish:
Nothing was too much trouble (we had a second test drive) and the salesman knew everything about how all the controls worked in detail, helping us set up our preferences when we collected the vehicle. He wasn't pushy and they gave us a fair deal on our part exchange vehicle.

Greatly improved service, not that there was anything wrong with it before but this time Honda went beyond the call of duty, I was having a nightmare with my car and going on holiday at the weekend, thinking I might have to cancel but no Honda did do all that they could and done a brilliant job right the line down from reception to service I haven't had a service like this in 40 years of driving hats off to Honda brilliant and thanx to all.

I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys. After an initial email enquiry I got a call back the next day and the process was easy hassle free and supportive. I bought a car from here a year ago. I took my car for an MOT a couple of months ago. The service was appalling. The service advisor was nice, however, this was not enough to redeem the fact that I was waiting for FOUR AND A HALF HOURS, I wasn't offered a any information as to why it was taking so ridiculously long when I had booked an appointment and arrived early to try to help them out. This obviously didn't matter to them at all. I had to prompt them numerous times whilst being in their cold and unwelcoming showroom. That is a day's holiday I will never get back. I was also offered no apology and no good explanation as to why they would treat a paying and loyal customer this way. It's safe to say I will never be returning here and will also make sure that nobody I know has to go here to experience this either.
"Vertu pride themselves on honesty and trust" this is obviously a lie within itself, as there was no honesty and I do not trust them and never will.
