Excellent customer service and dealt with very efficiently by Matthew Priestley who has the perfect personality for this role. All communication was clear, followed up as promised and nothing was too much trouble. My fourth mini, despite having said I wouldn't buy another, after being disappointed with service levels at Stratstone, Derby. I was delighted to have found that Sytner Nottingham still holds great customer service values I would expect from the Mini brand, so on now to my new mini adventure.

I recently brought my Mini in for service work and I was served by Becky Storer and worked on by Matthew Childs. Every time my car comes in, I always try and deal with Becky, because I have had nothing but excellent customer service from her. She always looks after me every time. Matthew is the same. Always happy to help. It’s the main reason I keep buying Mini’s, because I know I wouldn’t get that level of service anywhere else.

It was such a relief to deal with someone who wasn't constantly trying to use all the little tricks, cons, and minor white lies that so many dealers seem unable to resist. Instead the conversations with Majid were all honest and forthright, the car was well prepared, and it's been a pleasure to own since.

I recently purchased a Skoda Superb from Sytner Mini Nottingham. Yas Hussain was the representative that helped me with the purchase and the level of service that I received was excellent throughout the entire process. Yas provided detailed photos and videos ahead of the viewing. Yas answered all my questions, he responded quickly to any queries, questions or concerns about any part of the car or buying process. We agreed to get some work done to the car ahead of the collection and this was done to the very highest level quality. Yas was always extremely polite, friendly, professional, helpful and courteous. He went 'above and beyond' when I made any requests. I am extremely happy with the car and the service I received throughout the buying process. As a result I would recommend Sytner to friends and family.

My daughter bought a Used Mini from Liam Sharpley who was very professional and courteous, made her feel valued and explained the procedure for collecting her car during Lockdown. She had a terrible experience previously at another Mini dealer but the service from Liam and the professionalism of Sales Manager Daniel Taylor was exceptional and reinstalled her love for Minis. Questions and queries from myself were answered with honesty, knowledge and speed which made the buying process for us not only very easy but made me feel that Sytner will look after my daughter and my grandchildren should anything go wrong. I’m a happy and relieved Father now knowing that Nottingham Mini are not another “dealer” looking for a quick buck and they do actually care about their Customers, even in a COVID-19 world. We picked up our New car from Sytner Mini Nottingham the car was polished Outside to a high standard inside it was not it was filthy, mould in the boot? back seats etc scuff marked, we promised stain resistant product would be applied to seats etc obviously that was not carried out, we collected our car from a dimly lite customer hand over bay due to Covid so we did not pick up the mess inside until we returned home! We were promised all Sytner vechicles conform to a high standard ? We now question have life saving checks been completed before the car left Sytner? Covid can be blamed for lot, Sytner staff have clearly not at least Enviromentaly cleaned our New car mould in the boot is disgusting.

Terrible customer service. Would highly recommend against getting a warranty on an approved car. It has been over a week since my car went in for a clutch replacement that should have been fixed before we even bought the car; as it was 'sytner approved'. Cannot get into contact with the service team despite numerous attempts so im left without a car and no idea of when it will be fixed/ if it will be fixed. Avoid!
I cannot put this clearly enough. If you are thinking of buying/ servicing a car at this dealership please go elsewhere for your own sake.

Amirah the sales executive who dealt with our purchase was very professional and made the process simple. Amirah and Dan went above and beyond to get the car delivered to me on a very tight schedule and the car had been prepared to an extremely high standard both mechancally and cosmetically. Very disappointed with the experience at Sytner. On three occasions we were offered a car to then be told it's no longer available. I understand this happens from time to time but after being advised the car is available and paying the deposit, I was obviously very surprised when they advised later the car had been sold. Unfortunately, they made an experience that should have been exciting quite the opposite. It was very stressful and resulted in us going elsewhere for the car we want.
Given two stars rather than one because Aamirah who looked after us was very nice - it just seems communication between teams isn't handled in an effective way.

Terrible experience all round.
Wouldn't buy again from them, gave them 2 weeks to prep a used car for me to collect, day of collection I was with them for nearly 2 hours before seeing the car and none of the work that should have been done had been done even though paperwork said it had.
Booked car back in for works a week later, in the mean time vehicle broke down and engine management light on. When car was back in for repair works I was advised the issue had been fixed even though the paper work stated that the light had just been reset and problem happened again.
Advised them I wanted to return the car and organised for a time for them to collect vehicle (as advised by them not to drive it) and drop off my old car, arrived home to find new car gone and old car not returned and advised the next day this wasn't happening now and full refund would be with me in 7 working days but told this doesn't matter as I can just go and buy a new car.
Messed around from start to finish and e mails and phone calls hardly ever returned without being chased for a response.
AVOID at all costs!!!!!

Paperwork involved with the sale took rather a long time, not helped by lengthy waits caused by back office staff. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! If you love your MINI and value your hard earned cash DO NOT take your car to these organised band of daylight robbers!
I booked my car in for diagnosis of a problem it was having after a local garage had drawn a blank and were unable to diagnose or rectify the issue. So, trusting in the MINI brand I booked my car in for diagnosis at Sytner MINI Nottingham..... BIG MISTAKE!
In a nutshell, they had my car for around 5 weeks. They were unable to diagnose the problem and could only come up with 'we think it could be this and that would be £2k to sort, or it could be that and that would be £1.5k to sort'....they couldn't (or wouldn't) tell me what the issue was without the cost running into thousands of pounds. After complaining to their Head of Business I was offered the next stage of the diagnosis at a reduced cost of 50% off however, that was a reduction off the price of dismantling my engine and wasn't inclusive of the repair costs or putting my engine back together.... so it was 50% cost for 50% of the work......jokers!
I ended up pulling my car out of there.... I still had to pay them £496 and still had got nowhere with my car actually being fixed...back to square one and £500 lighter in my bank balance.
I have since found and AMAZING independent company (The MINI Company - Gotham, Nottingham...can't recommend them enough) and they diagnosed my fault within a few days of my car being with them. Oddly enough the issue was NONE of the things that the charlatans at Sytner MINI had suggested I shell out thousands of pounds for. So, had I not have seen right through their money grabbing tactics I would have been thousands of pounds out of pocket and would still have not had my car fixed!
My car is now fixed and back with me after no thanks whatsoever to Sytner MINI Nottingham..... never ever will a car I own be going to them and never ever will they get a single penny out of me again.
They actually get trained in how to fleece their customers... I cannot stress enough....AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Very attentive service. I’m still a bit bewildered by the financial arrangements as my preference was to pay cash but it was clear I’d only get the price I did by entering into the finance contract. Something I didn’t really want. However, Majid was a good salesman, and provided excellent customer service - and I really love my new car.

Yes we were greeted professionally,promptly spending almost 4hrs with the gentleman talking about our budget,what we were looking for and road testing. However upon returning the test drive car the following day it was as if we had never been in. The finance person was different and clearly hadn't read our requirements and budget. He was very rude when we pointed out that he was no where near the previous days' discussions. Needless to say we left and went to a different mini dealership who listened and delivered meaning we collected our new mini from them yesterday.
